Rent our clean and comfortable home in the woods. The house has three levels with two bedrooms and full bath upstairs, kitchen, living room, dining room, master suite and powder room on the main level. Downstairs we have a large playroom with new pool table and additional TV set with Satellite service.
The house is conveniently located between two of Vermont's top ski resorts which also feature summer activities such as golf, tennis and more. Also within five miles is a pristine lake named Grout Pond which boasts hiking trails, picnic areas, and all types of non-motorized boating opportunities and swimming. Wildlife such as moose, bear and wild birds can be sighted. For snowmobilers, trails extend all the way to the Canadian border.
There are plenty of restaurants in Dover, which is the location of Mount Snow. The same is true of Winhall and in the Stratton Mountain village. Also within a 30 minute drive is Manchester, Vermont, one of the nations meccas of outlet shopping as well as fine dining, golf and spa activities at the Equinox Resort.
This house has been treated with great care and rented very seldom as of this writing. The house is beautifully decorated with tasteful wall hangings and oriental rugs on the main level. The open floor plan makes for a wonderful place to gather in front the fire while the kids play pool or watch TV downstairs. |
