This condo has a privacy gate to get into the parking lot and to get to the beach. SanRoc Cay Marina is directly across the street, there you will find over 20 unique retail shops and four outstanding restaurants(Louisiana Lagniappe,Cafe Grazie,SanRoc Delicatezza, and SanRoc Diner).You can also charter an offshore fishing adventure from SanRoc.Inside you will have plenty of room almost 1000 square foot not the 600 square foot you find on most beachside properties.The name of the complex is Summer Breeze and it's right next to Perdido Beach Resort.Summer Breeze is only 3 floors so it's not as crowded as some of the high rise condos.You will have a king bed in the master,two twin beds in the second bedroom and sleeper sofa.No smoking please.
