Weeks are filling up fast don't miss out on one of the best locations in Ocean Lakes Family Resort. Our home is located in Ocean Lakes Resort, a wonderful lakefront private family home overlooking Magnolia Lake. Located on Site# MH 18-B. The house is one year old this year. The house is professionally decorated, has five bedrooms and three full baths. All bedrooms have there own access door to bathrooms. There are three deck levels with beautiful views of the lake and ocean. The large main level deck is perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade while enjoying the ocean breezes. Just a short walk to the beach or the recreation center and arcade even shorter by golf cart. The house is fully furnished, there are TV's with expanded cable in every room and DVD players in most all the rooms. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and family room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make and serve meals, including microwave, smooth-top range, dishwasher, and all the dishes and cookware you may require. A wet bar is located between the kitchen and living room. A washer/dryer and iron w/ironing board is also provided. There is an outside hot/cold shower for washing off the sand after a fun-filled day at the beach. There is covered parking under the house. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do. Downstairs Bedding: * Bedroom #1 - One King-size bed, Cable TV. * Living Room - Pull-out sofa bed, Cable TV with DVD player. Upstairs Bedding: * Bedroom #2 - One Futon Bunk bed (full futon on bottom, twin futon on top) plus one twin bed, Cable TV/DVD. * Bedroom #3 - Two Twin beds, Cable TV/DVD. * Bedroom #4 - One Queen Bed with deck access to lake and ocean views, Cable TV. * Bedroom #5 - One Queen Bed with deck access to lake and ocean views, Cable TV/DVD. Two full baths upstairs, one full bath downstairs, enclosed shower outside with hot/cold water. SORRY, NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED. NOT INCLUDED: * Towels and linens, paper products, or golf cart. * There is a $3/day parking pass required by Ocean Lakes for each vehicle. * Please, No Smoking and No Pets Allowed. THIS HOME IS RENTED ONLY TO FAMILIES, NOT TO GROUPS OF YOUNG SINGLES AND YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT. CLEANING SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE TO OUR GUESTS ON SATURDAY AFTER OUR GUESTS CHECK OUT, ALLOWING OUR GUESTS MORE TIME TO ENJOY THEIR VACATION.
