The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. The dining area features a rattan and glass dining table with four chairs. The kitchen opens to the living room and features a bar with two stools for additional seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, etc.
The condominium is located on fourth floor and features a lovely view of the ocean and the town of Bethany Beach overlooking the roof of a two-story building. The beach is just an elevator ride down to the first floor and approximately 100 steps past the pool and you are on Sea Colony's private beach.
