This non-smoking villa is fully air conditioned throughout with spacious sitting/family room, two dining areas, seven bedrooms, six bathrooms (four en suite), and game room. A large and well-equipped kitchen. Quality china, crockery, and equipment. You will find nothing missing in this kitchen!
There are Eight TVs in all. The entertainment is provided in the main sitting room with a large, state-of-the-art,64-inch Sony BIG SCREEN TV! with 300 channel cable tv With surround sound and a collection of the latest Hollywood movies on DVD for your viewing pleasure and a full entertainment center all piped out to the pool area.
This luxury home has four master suites, All with cable TV and DVD/video players. All four master suites have king/Queen-size beds of the highest quality and en suite bathrooms. All suites are luxuriously finished to an extremely high standard.
There are a further three bedrooms,one is a twin room,one of these is our "ICE AGE 2" theme room. There is also a Winnie the Pooh room with double bunk beds with canopies.There are TV and dvd combinations and a selection of children’s movies and a PlayStation game console with games for everybody's enjoyment.
The villa accommodates 16 comfortably and has been designed for the most discerning guest who simply wants the best.
Our games room has a full-size pool table and a Las Vegas style "TERMINATOR"slot machine with free play, XBOX 360 and Playstation 2. It is fully air conditioned and carpeted.
So you want to unwind? Outside you will find one of the biggest pool areas of all the rental homes in Orlando, an incredible 40-foot by 20-foot pool and spa/Jacuzzi for eight people and children's pool. Why not relax in our sun loungers, lie back, close your eyes, feel the sun on you face, and listen the birds whistling and the gentle sounds of water from the pool fountains.
The pool, spa, and children's pool are fitted with fiber optic lighting which makes them change color every 30 seconds. This provides an incredible light show at night and the adults seem to love it as much as the children.
We have a huge deck area with ample loungers and tables under the lanai and music is piped to the pool area.
The sun decks are west facing so the sun is on the pool area the moment it rises. We have soft upholstered pool furniture and comfortable sun loungers. A lanai area with full dining facilities, large fans, and sound system. Outside the pool area there is a barbecue for those family get togethers.
CHILDREN's PLAY AREA
We have a children's play area exclusively for your children outside the pool area fitted with swings and slide to keep little ones amused for hours. So you can relax at the pool and still keep an eye on them.
FISHING
We have provided two adult and 1 kids fishing rod to use in the lake .
BIKES
We have provided bikes for our guests.
TWO WAY RADIOS
We have provided for our guests a pair of two-way radios. These are extremely useful in the parks or when you go shopping. Have your kids carry one in the parks, it will add a little more security and safety and you can enjoy your day more.
BABIES
After travelling with babies many times, we understand how stressful it can be to travel without all of the baby equipment that you have at home. With that in mind, we have tried to include everything that a family with a baby might need. The items we include are: two cribs and a cot bed, a high chair, infant/toddler drinking cups and bowls, two single strollers, videos and DVDs. There is a baby gate at the end of the stairs and there are two sets of bed rails.
COMPUTER WITH INTERNET ACCESS and PRINTER
For your convenience and pleasure we also have a flat screen PC with printer with a lightning fast always on connection with FREE 24-hour access to the internet. You can check email or get any information on Orlando while you are there. There is also a printer.

We spent a week in June 2011 in this house while vacationing around Orlando. Three generations, 4 couples, 5 children and no complaints. The kids loved the pool and the themed rooms of course. The couples had plenty of room in their bedrooms for their stuff and their kids stuff. Bathrooms are large to accommodate baths, showers, hanging bathing suits and so on. Comfortable beds, and furniture. The kitchen has most items you'll need to cook simple meals. Full laundry room. The house is no more than 10 minutes driving from any of the Disney parks and very close (less than 15min) to grocery stores, restaurants and cinemas.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Just came back from a week stay at this beautiful villa. Donna and Paul were a pleasure to deal with. Booking online sight unseen can be a bit chancy, let me say that you will not be dissapointed. The decor was beautiful and the home had everything you could possibly need. The pool was a delight and the lake fishing could not be better. We were 14 people and had plenty of room to spare. Four generations under one roof and not one complaint. Driving around the area this villa has the others beat. The management company was top notch, and checked in to see if everything was ok. We all had a great time and made many happy memories. Thanks for a great time.

This is the best value to be found in Formosa Gardens, the house was immaculate, as well as the grounds and the pool. The decor is tasteful and classy. Top of the line washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, mixed drink blender, and other appliances. The pools and hot tub were immaculately clean and completely functional. The pool table in the game room was in excellent condition and played very well. 2 Different video games systems for the kids, X-box and PS2, T.V.'s in every room.The house is equipped 6 bathrooms only 2 bedrooms (kids bedrooms) share a bathroom. Every bathroom was immaculate. The home furnishings are in brand new condition and totally clean. The air conditioner ran flawlessly and it was cool the entire time. (there are two separate zones, upstairs and downstairs this is an intelligent and functional option). The dishware, silverware and kitchen utensils were all very nice quality and clean.The pool and the hot tub are enclosed in a screen so no bugs!! (this is an important and very comfortable amenity) The hot tub heats up great after 30 minutes, which is controlled by a timer switch (as well as the air blowers for bubbles). The pool is always at a very comfortable temperature and is kept in great condition. The pool door alarms for kids is a great and secure option. (don't worry the kids cant reach them so no by passing them to get out to the pool with out you.) The grill in almost brand new, the cleanest grill I have ever used, and a full tank of propane. The management company and representatives were always available, were very nice and easily dealt with any situation that presented itself. They are on call 24 hours and always answer quickly and courteously. This is what makes this the best value if you ask me.

I did not stay at this home but at another home in the same area called Oyster Clay. This home was perfect. We had 14 people,4 kids 10 adults, the place is huge! and awesome. so much room that not once did you feel that there were too many people. check out the web site at www.villatorent.com. this 6 bedroom 4 bath was a steal. you can not go wrong with a large crowd
