This great vacation home has all the amenities you would want on vacation. It is fully equipped, including tv and dvd's in each bedroom, living room and screened porch. Kitchen has all amenities. Stereo in family room and screened porch. Great care has been taken of details like the best mattresses(pillow top), quality furniture, professional decorations, and pleasant colors throughout. Unit comes with 4 adult beach bicycles, and 5 kid bikes (plus infant wagon - see picture). Ping pong table in garage for everyone to enjoy. This house is definitely non-smoking, and no pets.
The comfortable FRONT PORCH provides shade from the afternoon sun, and comfortable Adirondack furniture (including a full-size table).
The FAMILY ROOM features two large sofas plus two large chairs, and an oversized ottoman/coffee table allowing everyone to relax or watch TV. The KITCHEN/DINING area accommodates eight around a large table, with additional seating for two at the kitchen counter and three on the porch off the kitchen. The spacious MASTER features a king-size bed, with top-of-the line pillow-top mattress, walk-in closet, and dual sinks; a tub as well as a shower.
Above the two-car garage is a CARRIAGE HOUSE, private living quarters with a queen-size bed, TV/DVD, and private bath/shower.
Shaded in-between the main house and the carriage house is a HUGE SCREENED PORCH, fully-furnished to enjoy group gatherings : tv, dvd player and stereo are also on the screened porch.
Upstairs features two OVERSIZED BEDROOMS, each with queen-size bed, TV/DVD and private bath. In addition, four young adults can enjoy the BUNK HOUSE, which has four single bed. Bunk house has TV/DVD/VCR.
