Located six miles from beautiful Gulf coast beaches and city of Venice, this patio 'Rosa' home, is part of the gated WCI Venetian Golf & River Club community.It is tastefully furnished with a Tommy Bahama theme. Each bedroom offers top of the line mattresses for a great night's sleep and has its own TV. It overlooks a tranquil wildlife bird habitat and is just minutes from the first tee of the Championship Venetian Golf Course, or a 0.7 mile walk or bike ride (2 complimentary adult bicycles provided with helmets) from the River Club Activities Center. WiFi broadband internet access is included at no additional charge (a computer is not included so bring your own). Local and long distance calling, including calls to Canada and Puerto Rico is also included at no charge.A 42" LCD HDTV with HD Cable in the Den is also included at no additional charge.
A family golf membership is included (no green fees for all family members-Mom, Dad and all Children <23, $19 per person cart fee) to the Venetian Golf & River Club, with its beautiful new Venetian Golf Clubhouse, for two month long or longer guests. Two sets of premium golf clubs are also offered at no charge. If only two people play 4x/week and green fees are $80/person, in two month the golf membership saves more than $5000 in golf expenses. Full membership to the River Club resort facilities is also available, which includes a magnificent club house with great reasonably priced gourmet dining, a large modern exercise facility and spa, two swimming pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, and a Myaka River Nature River Walk.Two 'Cruiser' bicycles and adult helmets are provided for use within the property perimeter. A liability waiver is required for bicycle use.
Rental discounts for three or more month rentals are considered.
Nearby airports include Sarasota (20 minute drive), Tampa (75 minute drive) and Fort Myers (about an hour drive). Disney is one and a half hours away. Take I 75 to Exit 195 (Laurel Road) East one mile to the Venetian Golf and River Club gate. Park in an attached two car garage.
