This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Newport Beach duplex (UpperUnit) that sleeps up to 6 people maximum. The master bedroom has 2 Queen-size beds and the second bedroom has 1 King-size bed. Living space = 1,200 square feet.

This vacation home is located 1 minute walking distance from the ocean, sand, pier, shops, restaurants, and boardwalk of Newport Beach.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel refrigerator, sink, microwave, range, and dishwasher.

One parking space on the driveway. (Left Side)

Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets will be provided free of charge. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, 2 TVs with cable, stereo system, and more.

No Smoking on property. No Pets allowed. Owner lives downstairs and does not tolerate excessive noise or parties.

The beach is a safe place to spend with the family. For children the beach offers gentle shoreline to build sandcastles and nearby jetties to look for shells, crabs, and other sea life.

If you're into surfing, swimming, or bodyboarding, Newport Beach is one of the greatest beaches in Southern California.

This vacation rental is only 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport (SNA), 20 minutes from Disneyland, California Adventure, Knotts Berry Farm, Laguna Beach, and a short drive from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Sea World, Lego Land, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, and many other tourist attractions.

  • My friend and I spent a week in this professionally decorated, fantastic and clean vacation home. Great location, walking distances to every fun we were looking for. The owner is very nice and responsive. We enjoyed our time there. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends.

  • Very fun vacation rental in the middle of all activities related to the beach; biking, rollerblading, boggie boarding, surfing, ice cream, corn dogs, fish tacos, margaritas, beer, boutique shops, fishing at the pier, walks on the beach, boating, and more. My family spent 7 nights there and wish we stayed longer. We will be back next year.

  • I rented the beach house for my parents and aunt and uncle this summer and would throroughly recommend the unit. The house itself was in an ideal location, very clean and extremely comfortable. David (the management( was extremely easy to work with and responsive... Thanks for making my familys trip to Southern California so great!

  • Thanks David, we had a great time as usual, however 4th of july is too crazy for us old timers and our kids see way to much on that day so hopefully we can rent the week before. I bought some mixing bowls and left them there for other renters cause we could not find any, no big deal at all, I will probablly ad to it every year if I see things like maybe a cookie sheet next year, but thanks for letting us come again. we loved it, KAthy

  • My family was more than pleasantly satisfied with our stay. Very clean, neat, and organized. They have new stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and beautiful granite tops. I love how I can sit on the barstools and eat breakfast while reading my morning paper. Paint looks fresh and new. Every room is equipped with Cable TV. Walking distance to everything fun. My family and I plan to be back every summer. The owners are nice.

  • We had a wonderful time at the Pham's lovely condo. It is located right in the hub of all the beach activities, restaurants and shops. Our family enjoyed being so close to the boardwalk...they're not kidding when they say one minute walk. The condo is quite large and comfortable and the ocean breeze keeps it nice and cool. Having a full kitchen is also a great thing as even on vacation there's nothing like relaxing over a dinner "at home."
