This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Newport Beach duplex (UpperUnit) that sleeps up to 6 people maximum. The master bedroom has 2 Queen-size beds and the second bedroom has 1 King-size bed. Living space = 1,200 square feet.
This vacation home is located 1 minute walking distance from the ocean, sand, pier, shops, restaurants, and boardwalk of Newport Beach.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel refrigerator, sink, microwave, range, and dishwasher.

Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets will be provided free of charge. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, 3 TVs with cable, IPOD ready stereo system, and more.
No Smoking on property. No Pets allowed. Owner lives nearby and does not tolerate excessive noise or parties.
The beach is a safe place to spend with the family. For children the beach offers gentle shoreline to build sandcastles and nearby jetties to look for shells, crabs, and other sea life.
If you're into surfing, swimming, or bodyboarding, Newport Beach is one of the greatest beaches in Southern California.
This vacation rental is only 10 minutes from John Wayne Airport (SNA), 20 minutes from Disneyland, California Adventure, Knotts Berry Farm, Laguna Beach, and a short drive from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Sea World, Lego Land, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, and many other tourist attractions.

This was a great rental. Very clean inside, fully furnished, nice comfy beds and linens. You have a full service kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot and microwave! Close to everything park your car and don't move it for the entire week you are there! I have 2 kids and they too had a blast! The house was very comfortable. The deck was great for drinking coffee in the morning and people watching in the afternoon. Great location to access the beach and restaurants! I loved this place and was sad when our week was over! We will for sure be coming back to this house!

This was a great place to spend a week! The rental was very nice, spacious, well-stocked and had all the amenities you could want. The location was perfect! Just across the street from the Newport pier with the beach, shops and plenty of restaurants just steps away. Due to the great location, it is a bit noisy at night but it adds character to the rental. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to a friend.

My neice, her husband and I stayed in this great beach house located just minutes away from the pier, resturants, beach shops and night life. Everything is within walking distance. The unit is very clean and pictures are accurate. David was very accommodating and easy to work with. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony on early mornings with coffee and late at night watching the night life. If you are a beach goer, bring your own beach towels and equipment, everything else is provided. Enjoyed the large closets and master bedroom and bath.

I would highly recommend this home. I had an awesome, relaxing stay. The home is very well equipped, clean and the location is amazing. The balcony was great for relaxing, having a cup of coffee in the morning and glass of wine in the evening. Renting this home was so easy and the owner very helpful. I look forward to returning again next year.

I just have to say that this house was a great spot to stay at. It is in an ideal location. You can walk everywhere. I parked my car and did not use it until the day i had to leave. The house was clean, and was very spacious and roomy. Thank you for supplying shampoo! (I forgot mine). You thought of everything for this home. Beds are comfy, and big closets. The kitchen is perfect and has everything you need. The photos are very accurate when describing this home, but in person its so much more roomy, and cozy. There is a blacony so sit and people watch or get some sun as well. I will definatly be staying here again. Thanks for a great experience!

My wife, daughter and I were visiting from Michigan for our son's law school graduation. He suggested we stay in Newport Beach. We searched the internet and saw the Pham residence and it jumped out above all others for location, quality of facility and price. We highly recommend the Pham property. As our daughter (25 yrs old) said, "This is awsome"

We stayed at the Pham family condo in July and often talk about our wonderful stay in Newport Beach. The condo was roomy for five adults and we frequently walked from its central location to our destinations. The updated kitchen was a pleasure to use when we chose to cook. Essentials and more were provided in the kitchen, bathroom, and living/dining areas. It was a pleasure to work with the Pham family as they were both professional and friendly. We would stay at the condo again if visiting the area.

My friend and I spent a week in this professionally decorated, fantastic and clean vacation home. Great location, walking distances to every fun we were looking for. The owner is very nice and responsive. We enjoyed our time there. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends.
