This great unit has 2 bedrooms, a sofa sleeper in the living room PLUS a bunk room for the kids! Come and enjoy all that beautiful Navarre Beach and our resort have to offer. We are located in the Center Tower (most convenient to getting out to the beach) and on the 13th floor. The pool, hot tub, boardwalk to the beach are ready.....we just need you and your family to come and enjoy it all. This 2 bedroom plus unit sleeps eight and has spectacular views of the Gulf from the living area and the master bedroom. It is fully furnished with ample linens, kitchenware, children’s pack-n-play, toys, games, books, etc. You will have everything you need to make your time with us a vacation to remember!
The Summerwind complex is a luxury high-rise condominium located in the heart of our small Navarre Beach community. Our building, which is the center tower, has its own pool, hot tub and fitness center. Just relax on your balcony and enjoy the Gulf breeze with the best view on the beach. You are only steps away from great restaurants-dining on Navarre Beach is truly a unique beach experience and there are great restaurants within walking distance.
In our beautiful, romantic master bedroom you will find a king bed, private bath and opening to the balcony. The second bedroom is spacious and relaxing and has a queen bed and its own bathroom so it is perfect for couples traveling together. The bunk area is perfect for the kids! Each bedroom has a TV, DVD player.
Our living and dining area is spacious and comfortable. There are ample linens, the kitchen is fully furnished and the laundry area has a full-size washer and dryer. The balcony is comfortably equipped for watching the dolphins, fishing, surfers, and sunsets.
You are just a short walk or drive to golfing, shopping, movies, fishing, diving, parks and waterparks, museums, the zoo, and great entertainment. Because of our unique location you can be relaxed and carefree without the crowds of Destin and Pensacola, but within a short, beautiful drive to either location-drive the Gulf Islands National Seashore to get to Pensacola Beach. Our Condo is a no smoking, no pet unit and you must be 25 to rent from us.

Navarre Beach is very unique. It's pristine sand and emerald blue water are spectacular! And it's quiet beauty is just what we were looking for. It is a very family oriented area - and yet close enough to Destin and Pensacola to enjoy those areas as well.

Our complex has 3 pools and hot tubs and one of the pools is always heated so it can be enjoyed year round. Our unit is in the center building which makes beach access the easiest! Great fitness center to be enjoyed also.

Our 1st time at Navarre also. Perfect location. This condo is indeed more beautiful than the pictures, and so is the area. Weather, water, marinelife were all wonderful. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, rays from the balcony and a manatee from the pier and there were alot of jellyfish 1st of the week. This unit has everything you could need and more and the were extremely helpful when we needed to change our dates - We will be back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

What a beautiful area! We had never been to Navarre Beach and we fell in love with it! What a relaxing place even for a holiday period! The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures and we had everything we needed. Loved watching the fish being caught from the pier. We will definitely be back.
