La Carestie has 4 bedrooms, each with one double bed. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom (23m²) with bathroom and separate WC. On the ground floor: There are 2 bedrooms, one of them with shower and WC. There is also a studio with double bed and shower/WC. This studio (with a Provencal ceiling) has its own entrance and cannot be rented separately, for this reason it is included in the price of the house rental.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has doors on the terrace. The dining room faces the swimming pool with 2 French doors opening onto the terrace. The garden has enough furniture. You can spend time there in the shade as well as in the sun while enjoying complete privacy.
The pool (10x5 m) has an automated water quality monitoring system and unchlorinated water.
There is an alarm system and everything is fenced.
