Ariel Dunes is one of the newest resort complexes in the Scenic Gulf Drive area of Destin/Miramar Beach. It is one mile from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall on the Seascape Resort Property.
The condo has a breathe taking view of the gulf of Mexico and Stewart Lake from the south and the Seascape Golf Course from the north with the advantage of 20th floor viewing.
This condo approximately 1/2 block from the beach. It has beautiful furnishings, flat screen TV's, stainless appliances and granite in the kitchen, master king suite with that breath taking view and a guest bedroom with a queen bed.
Families love the great pools at Ariel Dunes II. One of the pools has a zero entry which is wonderful for young children.
The large well equipped fitness room is also a big attraction at Ariel Dunes II with state of the art fitness equipment. Fitness enthusiast will also enjoy bringing their bikes or the bike rentals available from area vendors. We have miles of biking paths along Scenic Gulf Drive. If you are not a biker, then enjoy a walk in the Seascape Community or the larger Scenic Gulf Drive community.
The Whales Tail Bar and Grill are located less than a block away so that you can enjoy a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner without losing out on beach time. There is another restaurant on the ground floor of Ariel Dunes I. Chose your style from fine dining to casual restaurants to landmark establishments within a 3-4 mile radius of Ariel Dunes. You will never tire of your dining opportunities.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is one mile to the east and Destin Commons is about 4 miles to the west placing you within easy reach of shopping and entertainment.
Golfing is another big attraction in the area with at least a dozen golf courses with 4 miles of the resort and the Seascape Course borders Ariel Dunes II to the north allowing easy access to golfing.
If your family enjoys jet skis or parasailing, it is available on the Seascape beach front property. The beach service also has other fun activities available for you and your family. Professional beach service umbrella and chair rentals are available at a discount through advance purchase with your reservation.
There is plenty of nightlife in the Miramar Beach, Destin and Hwy 30A area ranging from the Destin Harbor, Baytowne, Grayton Beach's Red Bar and Shorty's. Enjoy live music and dancing. There are places that you can even take your children dancing such as Hammerhead's at Baytowne Wharf.
So much to do and enjoy! You might want to extend your visit to 2 weeks this time.

This was our first time to Destin. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view was incredible. Being able to see the sunrise from the balcony was so pretty. Our family had a great vacation at Ariel Dunes II. We would definitely recommend the condo. It was also very peaceful and quiet and the kids loved the 3 pools. Thanks for making our vacation great!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
