3 Bedroom, 3 Bath 2 story Penthouse with 2 additional queen size pull-out sofas in living room. Upstairs is set up like a studio with a queen sleeper sofa bed, mini-bar w/fridge,eating bar, sitting area, closet, private 600 Sq foot rooftop patio, and full bath. (This is the 3rd Bedroom) All tile floors, beautiful beach front view - all glass floor to ceiling windows with view of beach entire width of unit. 2 outdoor patios with terrific views!
2 Large pools, one heated year round, and 3 hot tubs. Also full spa on site. Live band by pool(seasonal) and full restaurant on premises as well as Starbucks and Pizza Hut on site. Many other restaurants nearby.
