Come and enjoy our spacious 2BR/2BA 1151 square foot condo on the 12th floor of beautiful Surfside Resort located in the calmer, less congested Miramar Beach section of Destin, FL. Our southeast ocean view from our 8' x 28' private balcony is unobstructed by buildings and SPECTACULAR!
We get the morning sun and afternoon shade so enjoy your morning coffee out on the balcony and return later to relax in the afternoon shade. Enjoy the wonderful sights and sounds of the ocean and gaze down the southeastern Gulf Coast shoreline all the way to Panama City! All rooms have balcony access due to the unique floorplan of this unit. Our interior is all tile flooring with comfortable and family friendly furniture and decor.
The huge master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen TV/DVD combo, ipod docking station/alarm clock, walk-in lighted closet, dressing area, vanity table, and large master bath with tiled walk-in shower. A washer/dryer unit is in master bath. The second bedroom has two double beds with large closet and bathroom with tub/shower combo. It also has a 32" flat screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom can be locked out and has its own entrance.
The living room couch opens into a queen-size bed. Ipod/stereo/CD system, awesome 46" LED high def TV, Blu Ray DVD player, games and puzzles all in living room for entertainment. Dining room has mirrored walls which provide a great view from all seats. The fully-equipped kitchen has current appliances, including a height adjustable sink and everything you will need for cooking and/or entertaining.
Surfside's lobby and hallways have recently been remodeled with beautiful new flooring and decor. Pool area features a large heated pool and deck area, two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, TIKI HUT food and beverage service and a pool house with showers and sauna. Crossover the skybridge/catwalk to the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Tennis under the lights, or basketball, volleyball, and shuffleboard are all available on the newly resurfaced sports deck above the COVERED parking garage. Golf next door at Seascape.
We offer FREE Beach Service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella). Surfside offers FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection and a FITNESS room with gym equipment.

Your condo is great - beautiful views from every window! Thanks for the use of the sand toys, raft and boogie boards - a must with young children and so nice not to bring or purchase for one week a year. What a great condo you have. The floor plan was perfect for 2 couples and we found it well appointed. The view from the balcony was awesome and the weather was perfect - hot, hazy & humid but that is Florida! We would like to return but it will be in the off-season next time. The men had a great time fishing and parasailing.Thanks again for a great week.

We had a great time during our stay! The condo was clean and bright, and we were happy to see that the condo had alot of kitchen appliances and small items that we didn't have to buy. It made it feel more like a home away from home, and the pictures of the unit on the website were exactly what we saw when we arrived. I had no trouble in getting into contact with Suzanne about any questions or planning, which was very convenient and reassuring to know that the person renting us the condo was honest and interested in helping us anyway she could. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Destin and will recommend this condo to others!

This was our first trip to Destin and we are so happy we booked this beautiful condo.Suzanne was so helpful with every question we had and was she was so pleasent to talk with.The view is fantastic and the condo is very spacious.We have a family of four and there was more than enough room.We will definatly book this place next year.

OMG.... as I rolled into the condo I was talking to Suzanne on my cell phone I said...this place is beautiful! We had such a wonderful time. Suzanne goes out of her way to help with knowledge of everything you need to know. She ought to be a travel agent. Thank you Suzanne for sharing your home away from home with us. From the views from the sliding glass doors and the balcony to the wheelchair accessible features, to the cleanliness of the entire condo to the cleanliness of the entire resort is beyond words. We even saw dolphins from our balcony early one morning. We were there on the 4th of July and we saw fireworks all night fromthe balcony. It was great! We will be back!!

Wonderful place to stay in Destin. The condo is very nice. The property is wonderful. The skybridge across Hwy 98 makes beach access very easy - especially with children. Suzanne is great to work with!

We try to keep our condo current and recently installed recessed lighting in the kitchen and both bathrooms, replaced the long panel blinds with curtains, replaced our queen sleeper sofa, and replaced our master bedroom furniture.
