We were there in April 2012 and would like to thank Suzanne and Chris for allowing us to stay once again in your home, the place is beautiful and the view wonderful. Loved the beach service, trust us the place is grand, we will be back.

We had a great time during our stay! The condo was clean and bright, and we were happy to see that the condo had alot of kitchen appliances and small items that we didn't have to buy. It made it feel more like a home away from home, and the pictures of the unit on the website were exactly what we saw when we arrived. I had no trouble in getting into contact with Suzanne about any questions or planning, which was very convenient and reassuring to know that the person renting us the condo was honest and interested in helping us anyway she could. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Destin and will recommend this condo to others!

Your condo is great - beautiful views from every window! Thanks for the use of the sand toys, raft and boogie boards - a must with young children and so nice not to bring or purchase for one week a year. This was our first trip to Destin and we are so happy we booked this beautiful condo.Suzanne was so helpful with every question we had and was she was so pleasent to talk with.The view is fantastic and the condo is very spacious.We have a family of four and there was more than enough room.We will definatly book this place next year.

OMG.... as I rolled into the condo I was talking to Suzanne on my cell phone I said...this place is beautiful! We had such a wonderful time. Suzanne goes out of her way to help with knowledge of everything you need to know. She ought to be a travel agent. Thank you Suzanne for sharing your home away from home with us. From the views from the sliding glass doors and the balcony to the wheelchair accessible features, to the cleanliness of the entire condo to the cleanliness of the entire resort is beyond words. We even saw dolphins from our balcony early one morning. We were there on the 4th of July and we saw fireworks all night fromthe balcony. It was great! We will be back!!

Wonderful place to stay in Destin. The condo is very nice. The property is wonderful. The skybridge across Hwy 98 makes beach access very easy - especially with children. Suzanne is great to work with!

Owner response:Thanks for the compliments! I truly enjoy interacting with my guests and making sure their stay is as wonderful as possible. We try to keep our condo current and recently installed recessed lighting in the kitchen and both bathrooms, replaced the long panel blinds with curtains, replaced our queen sleeper sofa, and replaced our master bedroom furniture. We're so thankful to be in such a fantastic property as Surfside that meets everyone's needs! Come join us!

What a great condo you have. The floor plan was perfect for 2 couples and we found it well appointed. The view from the balcony was awesome and the weather was perfect - hot, hazy & humid but that is Florida! We would like to return but it will be in the off-season next time. The men had a great time fishing and parasailing.Thanks again for a great week.

The absolute best birthday getaway. Just loved the floorplan and the balcony access from every room. Stayed at this Surfside 12th floor condo over Spring Break 2011. Unit has fantastic view of the gulf from large comfortable patio. Great location with deck pool and easy access to beachfront.. Clean, nicely furnished condo in a quieter area east of Destin yet a short drive to family fun activites, watersports, and fine restaurants. The Owners, Surfside staff, fellow visitors, and residents were very friendly and helpful. This condo met all of our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

The huge balcony and fantastic view of the Gulf were two of the main reasons we bought this 12th floor unit. It's fun to go into Destin but always great to come back and relax at the beach, pool or on our balcony!

Jan 1-March 1, 2011 This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. Being handicapped, I enjoyed the roll-in shower and ramp to the balcony. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony. January was too cool but February was beautiful. We saw lots of dolphins - very entertaining! I will tell all of our friends about this condo. You guys do a nice job with the welcome book, restaurant menus and complete instructions on the condo. Thank you!

I am in a power chair and found the condo very comfortable. The master suite was very roomy. If you are in a chair it is easy to move around once you have figured out the angles for your chair.The ramp to the balcony was my favorite feature,so easy.Great views will enjoying meals and looking out at the gulf.I am sure we will be back.

Everything was great! It takes no time to get down to the beach, the view is fantastic, and the room is very nice. It's close to plenty of places. I would reccomend this property to anyone that wants to have a great time in Destin, FL.

Just wanted to thank you for setting us up for this vacation. We had a great time. Weather was hot...i.e. 100% humidity for a few days. The kids loved the pool and beach, puzzles and the TRACK. I personally loved the gumbo at Ricks, the tuna salad at Pompanos, and the free DVD machine downstairs (there wasn't a lot of going out at night with the kids in bed by 9:00). And the view was awesome!
