I found the perfect place for rest and relaxation! My stepdaughter and her son, fiance, and mother, and my cousin all came with me! We thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the beach and the pool. I would highly recommend this property and it's location. We were a little disappointed in the beach as it was not conducive to walking on it, and the ocean had a lot of seaweed, but the pool was awesome and a great substitute. All the ladies in my group had our morning coffee on the balcony as we watched the dolphins. We went parasailing, kayaking in the ocean, snorkeling, and shopping at Goodwill, along with a lot of other activities. And thanks to the owner for her very kind care of daughter and grandson when he had a medical issue on Saturday before they were able to get into the condo. I would definitely recommend the condo to anyone who wants a great place to stay in the area. Oh, becasue there were so many adults, we chose to cook in most nights (saved our money for activities) so didn't explore local restaurants, other than the Old Bay Steamer for seafood. PudFuckers was mixed - two had great food, three didn't. We did go to the Gulfarium too. I would recommend Winn Dixie for groceries over Publix which was a little expensive. Get yourself a Winn Dixie shoppers card for the discounts! Oh, and on the last full day, we were told by the Beach Boy to check with them if you want to know anything about local restaurants, activities, etc. Too bad we waited until the day before we left!

This condo has amazing views. The condo was clean and comfortable. Perfect size for our family of five. Neither the pool nor the beach were crowded while we were there. The whole family had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was great to work with too.

Spent the week of July 4th at this top-floor 2 bedroom condo. It was absolutely amazing, the condo was great and the beaches were even better. Contray to popular belief around the country or at least the midwest, the beaches of Fort Walton have not been adversely affected by the oil situation. The beach and water was still amazing, which we enjoyed everyday during our stay! I will definitely be coming back to Island Echos, very family oriented, fun for kids of all ages, great beach service, located far enough away from commotion but close enough to all shops/restaurants/attractions that vacationers look for.

This unit has the most AWESOME view from the living room balcony and even Gulf View from the master bedroom windows. Top floor and private. Newly painted and furnished. A wonderful family oriented building with Gulf Front pool. You won't be disappointed!
