Kitchen / Dining / Breakfast - Oceanside Village Rental Surfside Beach home in private community. Nice well kept home in Oceanside Village, private gated community with 24 hour security. Four beautiful fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, large softball field, volley ball court, bocce court, horseshoes and lots of walking space. There is also a playground for small children and two pools with kiddie pools one is outdoor and the other is enclosed and heated. The village is located on approximately 180 acres. Our home features three bedrooms with two full baths. Master bedroom has queen-size; bed, colored TV, and plush mattress. Guest room has double bed,boom box,and plush mattress. 3rd bedroom with queen bed and plush mattress, and color TV. Our home also offers a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher,refrigerator with ice maker, disposal. Dinning room. There is full-size washer and dryer, vacuum, and ironing board. Beautifully decorated home has comfortable living room with DVD, CD player and colored TV. Also Enclosed deck, covered porch with table, chairs and lounge chairs overlooking outdoor pool directly across street. covered carport, gas grill. We are about two minutes from the beach by golf cart and golf carts are for rent on location. We ask that you provide your own paper products, soap and etc. We provide the linens. We want you to enjoy your vacation with out too much work but we do ask that you keep our home clean and in the condition in which you find it.There is no maid service. There is parking for one car under carport and one in drive. There is extra parking directly across street in front of home. Rentals are from saturday to saturday check in at 3 pm and check out at 11 am. No smoking and no pets allowed.
