This two-bedroom, two-bath, fully furnished, smoke-free/pet-free condominium is located on the sixteenth floor of the gated community of Phoenix Towers. Has unobstructed view from the living room and balcony of the intracoastal waterway, ocean and beach to the South.
This spacious condominium has impact-resistant windows, marble floors, new kitchen cabinets with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. The bathrooms have marble floors and showers, with granite countertops. The condominium includes all the amenities to make your stay very comfortable; including all linens and kitchen utensils and appliances, including dish washer, microwave, conventional oven, ice maker.
The condominium has two bedrooms with TV sets, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. In addition there is a queen-sized sofa bed for overnight guests. This allows for six people to comfortably sleep in the condominium at any time. There is a view of the water from every window, and the ocean is just steps away from the building.
