Our Custom Built Home is located on Harkers Island, less than ten minutes by boat or public ferry to Cape Lookout, 55 miles of pristine beaches, protected by the National Seashore. World class saltwater fly-fishing is only one of the many activities that await you.
Our house is unique in that it faces west, overlooking Back Sound, where our double porches with comfortable outdoor furniture, give you a great view of the most unforgettable sunsets you can imagine.
Three comfortable bedrooms and a sleeper sofa will accommodate eight guests: one bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, the Master bedroom has a King-size bed and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 twin size beds. The sleeper sofa bed is in the game room. Beautifully furnished, we have thought of everything so you do not have to.
Our Custom kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. Our dining room seats eight comfortably with room for three more at the breakfast bar. With a gas fireplace and comfortable furniture, our Living Room is great for entertaining. French doors go out onto the wide porches facing the water. The open floor plan is comfortable and allows for water views from many vantage points.
The game room is equipped with fun in mind. Cable Television, DVDs, stereo, games, and many books provide fun for everyone. Don't forget to play foosball on the tournament table in the game room.
A short walk brings you to the pool or your private boat slip with boat ramp. The boat slip will accommodate a boat up to 22 feet and there is boat trailer storage. The neighborhood has two docks, perfect for fishing.
About 20 minutes by car is Historic Beaufort. Further along to the west is Morehead City, Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle.
The Property Manager, who lives in the neighborhood, can respond quickly to your requests and can provide a vast array of local information.
