This is a beautiful house located on a large lot along a quiet cul-de-sac street. All the amenities are available making this the perfect family retreat. This house features: - Over 3500 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and a loft - Two Master Bedrooms with full baths - One kids bedroom that sleeps 4 (2 sets of bunk beds). - One secondary guest room with full bed - Large loft with full size pullout bed - Cathedral ceiling in Great Room with fireplace - Expansive rear deck with lots of privacy - Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room - 3 car garage - Quiet cul de sac street - Kids park approx 1000 feet away Forest Highlands is an absolutely beautiful private gated golf community located only 5-10 minutes south of Flagstaff. Very few rental properties are offered in this exclusive community. It should be noted that community activites are restricted to members only (namely golf and club house facilities) and are not offered to renters. Nearby activities include: golf, biking (several bikes in the garage), sledding, skiing,fishing nearby lakes, hiking, mountain bike trail riding, shopping/dining in Flagstaff (5-10 mins)or Sedona (20 mins). Touring Oak Creek Canyon and Slide Rock Recreation area (10-15 mins). Grand Canyon is just over an hour and Lake Powell is about 2 hrs away. This house and its' setting offers everything for a relaxing vacation in the mountains.

Memorial Day to Labor Day 2008:  $2850/wk


Rates based on one wk minimum rental.
Check-in at 4:00 PM; Check-out at 11:00 AM.
Cleaning Fee: $175; Security Deposit: $500 (refundable two wks after stay).
