Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Summer 2012 Rates:
$1,700 per week
$250/night after Labor Day wknd until season closing in October. (4 night minimum)
One-half total rental fee due at time of booking with balance due upon arrival.
Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday during June, July & August.
We offer 4 nt rentals for Fall Foliage Weekends for $250/nt after Labor Day.
A $250 security deposit is required at the time of booking.
