Accommodations: Single Family Home - 4 Bedrooms - 1.5+ Baths - (Sleeps 8)

Looking at house from ocean side. - Lavallette, New Jersey Vacation Rental Monterey Beach - Enjoy the sunrise and ocean views from our deck. One house from ocean. At times you can see the dolphins jumping in the surf. About 35 feet to the beach, no highways to cross. This is family oriented with access to the Bay Beach (swings & rides for the little ones. The association runs various functions during the summer (i.e. Hawiian Pizza night, Life guard competitions, etc..). Four bedrooms; three upstairs (one queen-size, four singles) one bathroom with shower. Downstairs one bedroom double bed, half bath, washer and dryer, stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. TV/VCR, cable. Parks four cars. Natural gas grill (no tanks to run for), Picnic table & hot & cold outside shower. Every year a sellout - 2008 sold out some dates in May & Sept still open.
