Located at the South end, Crescent Beach area of Marco Island, this gulf front, corner unit provides an un-paralleled view of the Gulf of Mexico from all living areas. It is on the seventh floor of a ten-story building.
This unit was just purchased and had not been previously rented. It is one of only a few three bedroom, three bath, beachfront condominiums offering weekly rentals. It is tastefully decorated throughout with furnishings acquired through Robb and Stuckey and highlighted with custom draperies.
Our Somerset condominium features two master bedrooms. One is furnished with a king bed and a full private bath with a separate make up area. It has its own private lanai providing views of both the Gulf and Island interior. The second master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, private full bath and has a private entrance to the large wrap-around lanai. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. There is a third full bath. Cable TV throughout with VCRs and CD players in each bedroom. All linens, pillows, comforters and towels are provided.
A fully equipped kitchen with a pass-through bar area, a formal dining area and a living room with large screen TV, DVD player, VCR and surround-sound system provide all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
The building has two private outdoor pools and complimentary tennis courts with guaranteed privacy within a gated, tropical community.
