There is a three-pad parking for the condominium of five and most of the time it is not being used. There is really no need for a car. Corner neighborhood groceries supply immediate needs for milk, coffee, breads, tortillas, tomatoes, cilantro, and tequila! A half block to Cafe des Artistes, Pipi's, Mama Rosas and great street food on the Malecon!

- Ocean View : The ocean is just 4 short blocks down the hill...the condo overlooked rooftops and small glimpses of bay but the terrace was enclosed this year so the view of the bay went away...but it was never a very good view anyway and now the unit is quiet and one can sleep through the night! Still lots of outdoor air and sunshine and light...a real improvement!

Year Purchased: 2004
I always wanted to experience life in a foreign country and Mexico made the most sense to me since I could drive or fly there from North Carolina... My passion for art led me to Puerto Vallarta and on my second visit I purchased this condo...it was love at first sight! I knew I wanted to be in the Old Town but never did I realize I would have had such a perfect nest for my adventure...I live here most of the winter and move out to a place in Bucerias when I occasionally rent this. It is usually available all of November and most of December.
Why the Owner Chose Downtown (Viejo Vallarta)
This condo is in the heart of the art scene in PV! Every Wednesday during the high season there is an art walk and all of the galleries are just a block down the street from me..But I am on a residential street with wonderful neighbors and a short walk to everything..grocery, beach , malecon, restaurants...you name it!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I love the openess of the living area...It lives large and the courtyards on both side of the unit offer so much charm!
