With a private pool (heated for a fee) surrounded by a large deck, palm trees, barbecue area with large gas grill (w/ double propane tanks), and outdoor wood-burning fireplace to enjoy your evenings, this home is absolutely perfect for a family vacation, reunion, corporate meeting, or wedding/reception. Wedding couples desiring a beach setting with azure blue water and glowing sunsets will love the warmth that envelopes this special beach home.
Our home is an easy walk to the Gulf as well as to other favorite Grayton hotspots including dining and entertainment at world-famous Red Bar and D&K’s, as well as shopping at the numerous boutiques. There are lovely panoramic views from the three balconies which are accessible from the inside stairwell or separate outside stairs to each floor. The huge kitchen has granite countertops, new stainless appliances including TWO refrigerators, TWO dishwashers, commercial icemaker and stove. The dining arrangement is perfect for serving a large party with two massive tables and enough seating for all. The open living room has surround sound and colorful, eye-captivating decor. All suites have "Heavenly Bedding" and are wonderfully comfortable adding that special touch of luxury. This home has been professionally renovated and appointed by the design firm of Q'so Consulting. You'll love the travertine tile on the first floor!
For those who require easy access, there is a first-floor Master bedroom with separate bath. You'll find the finest furnishings along with a flat screen TV for relaxing television viewing. For the comfort of all your guests, there is a guest bathroom on the first floor as well. The second floor family room is a perfect spot for the kids to enjoy their own space. There is also a separate desk/work space with Wi-Fi router internet connection, conveniently provided for those who wish to stay a "little connected" to the outside world.
The bonus room on the 4th floor is a dazzling party room that opens up to a spacious gulf-view balcony. This room includes a flat screen mounted TV, and a complete bar with gaming table that converts for those wishing to play cards.
