This beautiful, nearly 1,000 square-foot, spacious, non-smoking Mountain Side condo has two bedrooms, two baths, and an enclosed mulit-functional loft to use as a third bedroom/family room/TV room. The completely enclosed loft, which sleeps 4 comfortably and blocks-out living room noise, means there is no need to discombobulate everyone by having someone sleep in the living room on an uncomfortable sleeper-sofa. The end unit, with a deck that has beautiful mountain views on two sides and a convenient gas grill for cookouts, is walking distance to the Frisco bike path and only five blocks from charming downtown Frisco.
NEW FOR OUR RENTERS: We take great pride in making our unit as nice as possible for our guests. Recent additions include a beautiful 42 inch flat screen TV above the fireplace, a corner sectional sofa, and a dining room table that seats 4 (4 can eat at the bar while 4 others can eat at the new table). See the photos to fully appreciate these items.
As an added bonus, for our guests who travel with a laptop and don't want to drive to an internet cafe and pay for connectivity, we have added high-speed, wireless internet access. Now, you can sit on the deck, in the living room, or in your bedroom and work on your laptop!
The remodeled clubhouse, complementary for our renters, has several indoor features: a large pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, full locker rooms, and a racquetball court. There are three large outdoor hot tubs, as well as an outdoor tennis court - each within walking distance. The clubhouse also has both washers and dryers for your laundry needs. The unit also has covered parking. Lastly, there's no need to rent bikes or racket ball equipment as we supply two bikes and rackets/balls for your convenience and pleasure.
* The large master bedroom has a king bed with its own full bath and walk-in closet, and cable TV with a VCR/DVD player.
* The second bedroom has a queen bed with cable TV and a DVD.
* The loft has a bunk bed with twin matress on top and full on the bottom, and a twin futon, with TV and DVD/VCR. The lower potion of the bunk bed also neatly folds into a couch to accommodate large crowds for watching TV.
* The second full bathroom is located off the main hallway.
* This condo has a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, new carpet, family room with cable TV and a DVD, CD stereo, new gas fireplace, four wrought-iron stools at the kitchen/family room eating bar, the new table with four matching stools, and a sliding door out to deck for relaxing or cooking dinner on the gas grill.
* Lots of windows and a sky light for view/sun with end unit. Sorry, no pets.
* For getting around and enjoying the sights, the Summit Stage bus system, serving all Summit County towns and ski resorts, is both convenient and free! |
