A spacious, bright, two bedroom, luxury condominium, in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras. This elegantly finished, owner maintained condominium is situated in the stunning Villa del Mar development with its immaculately cared for gardens, two huge swimming pools, and direct access onto the white sands of a beautiful, child friendly beach.
This immaculate, two bedroom condominium is approximately 1600 square feet and is fully air-conditioned. The comfortable lounge has patio doors onto a large private terrace with a dining table for six and a gas barbecue.
There is a TV/DVD with and stereo system. The elegant open plan dining area is between the lounge and kitchen. The extensively equipped kitchen offers excellent cooking facilities. There is a full-size stove, dishwasher, and a good-size refrigerator (where you will find cold beers and wine on your arrival!), coffeemaker, and ample utensils to enable you to rustle up meals and snacks.
The large terrace enjoys the morning sun and overlooks the gardens, pool and beach whilst offering privacy and tranquillity. There is a wonderful terrace jacuzzi.
The airy master bedroom has three large windows and looks onto the beautiful pool, through the palms to the beach and sea. It has a king-size bed, dressing area, and bright en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is brightly decorated with two double (matrimonial) sized beds and has an en-suite shower room finished in marble. There is a utility room with washer and dryer.
The condominium is owner managed so we are on hand to be of assistance to you during your vacation. We are also responsible for the maintenance of our units so you will not be disappointed with the presentation and condition!

Year Purchased: 2002
We moved to Mexico in 2003 with our two sons to enjoy a more relaxed life. We currently own 4 condos which we rent as well as our catamaran and speed boat rental business. Not as relaxing as we planned but a lot of fun!
Why the Owner Chose Puerto Aventuras
We initially bought the unit as our family home when we moved to Mexico in 2003. After a year of living here we puchased theunit above us to rent. This was our first venture into the rental market. The following December we had such demand for rentals we rented out our home and went to stay on our boat....... It all went from there! We are now back on dry land but still enjoy visits from our repeat guests from our very first year.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We never stay in the condo but from time to time go to the unit when it is vacant to use the beautiful pools and beach - this is despite having a very nice pool of our own. Villa del Mar I is without question the most stunning condo development in Puerto and we are very proud of our units there. The condo also has many happy memories and reminders as it was our first home in Mexico

Our family of 5 stayed in this great condo and loved every minute. The beach is like a postcard and the pool is fantastic (everything you need for a relaxing vacation.) The owners were very welcoming and the boat trip is an enjoyable extra they provide. This place is worth every cent!

We just returned from a 7 day stay in the condo directly above this condo also owned and operated by Arlene and Anthony. PA is a great place to vacation, the use of the jeep and one of the best snorkeling trips I have had by "Captain Tommy" was the best! The condo itself was spacious and comfortable. No oven, a little odd but we managed. Arlene and Anthony are wonderful hosts and will do their best to see that you get what you need. The area resturants were pricy for the amount of food provided but again, its vacation. Its very safe and no one is approaching you throughout your stay another great advantage to staying off the beaten path. We also had a dinner cooked in our condo by Antino, Arelene can assist you with this. So, go for it!

I took my adult children and grandbaby to stay in this beautiful condo and everything was even better than listed. Arlene and Anthony are fantastic hosts and were there if we needed them and gave excellent suggestions on where to shop and how to get around along with a nice goodie basket. The grounds are beautiful and security guards protect the area. I highly recommend the ruins at Tulum and the snorkle trip provided by Arlene and Anthony. Great time!
