  • We just got home from staying at this condo in Destin. It was incredible! The condo was top of the line and kid friendly. I have a 1 year old who just knew it was his new home. We were disappointed to leave. It is in the heart of Destin and close to everything. Our teenagers enjoyed it too. It was fun and perfect for all ages of our group! We want to book again for next year!!

  • The condo was immaculate and just perfect for us - six adults. It is very comfortable with three bathrooms and great kitchen. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for breakfast! Although it's a long way from Germany, we would certainly stay there - and Destin! again if we should be able to spend our holidays on that beautiful coast!!   • Absolutely loved your condo! Two out of the three couples had never been to Destin before and to say they were impressed with the condo and the Destin area was an understatement. This is my first time renting through a private owner and I have to say the Pattens were very easy to work with. We had plenty of room and the condo is immaculate. If we end up renting a three bedroom condo next year, we'll definitely be back!

  • This was by far the best condo we have ever stayed at, even better than advertised. We had 2 families (4 adults, 3 teenage boys) and there was ample room for all of us to hang out together or have our own "me time". The Pattens are so nice and have done an excellent job on decorating and ensuring their condo is immaculate. The beds are the most comfortable that I've ever slept on. The pools and beach were fantastic! Can't wait for our next vacation there! I've already passed along the info to other family and friends. Thank you Judd and Ikuko for opening up your second home to our family.
