We stayed at at Silver Shells for the 4th of July week and loved it. We had 4 adults and 4 children under 7 and had plenty of room. The bedroom set up gives everyone their privacy. Great location also- Super Walmart was located just across the street. Very clean! Will stay here again....

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Absolutely Perfect

This is by FAR the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The layout is perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 separate baths. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners were fabulous to work with and so friendly when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Very nice condo...description of the place was very accurate, and the pictures don't lie! All the rooms were clean and tidy. The bathrooms were large (especially the master bath) and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary equipment (and clean equipment!) and spotless. With 6 adults and our 3 kids, everyone had room to roam. The owners were helpful and responsive. The resort is beautiful and the pool outstanding. Overall, a great place to stay while in Destin!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Everything about this condo was great!!!!! The living area and the bedrooms were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The laundry room was an added plus and the kitchen and bathrooms were also beautiful and clean. The best condo stay that we have had on vacation. Thank for allowing us stay in your condo. Look forward to renting from you again in the future. We LOVED it!!!!!

Great Condo. Super comfortable beds. Loved the Complex. The Patten's were fantastic and took care of all our needs during the stay. Really enjoyed the fitness center pool, secluded and quiet. Give this unit a try. We loved it and sure you will too.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated, well-maintained, home-like condo. We only wish we could have stayed longer...next year we will! In addition, Mr. and Mrs. Patten were wonderful people to work with! This condo is perfectly located when considering activities, attractions, and restaurants in and around Destin.

Just Before the Oil Rolled In

The unit is nice and comfortably furnished with 2 king sized beds and one queen, however the kitchen was only average equiped. I was a little disapointed with the view of the beach and ocean, or should I say lack of view of the beach & ocean. You can only see a little of the ocean from the porch. You do, however, have a great view of the parking lot and the road. I assumed the pictures posted on the site were taken from the unit. The Silver Shell complex and the master pool and kiddy pool are first class and we had a nice stay with our daughter, son-in-law and 18 month old grand daughter.

Magnificent Condo.

We just returned from five nights at this condo and had a wonderful time. We found everything about the condo to be outstanding. Our communication with the owner was the greatest, and we highly recommend this unit to any family wanting plenty of room and top notch accommodations! It was almost like having three separate units because every bedroom had it's own bath. The kitchen and Family room were big enough for everyone to enjoy our time together--as a family!

We loved everything about our vacation at this condo!! Condo is very well appointed - looks just like the pictures! All three bedrooms were master bedrooms. Nice ocean view from master bedroom and living room. Great location (close to everything!), great amenities!! Only one problem: one week was not long enough... Planning to come back soon! :) Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

We just got home from staying at this condo in Destin. It was incredible! The condo was top of the line and kid friendly. I have a 1 year old who just knew it was his new home. We were disappointed to leave. It is in the heart of Destin and close to everything. Our teenagers enjoyed it too. It was fun and perfect for all ages of our group! We want to book again for next year!!

We loved our stay in your condo! It is so beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that our kids could easily walk to the beach and back to the condo. Our family Christmas Vacation was spent in Destin. The Pattens were wonderful to deal with, the Condo was wonderful, roomy enough for the children and grandchildren, with each family having separate bathroom and space. We would definitely stay again. Destin in Oct. is the best place on earth! The condo was lovely,very clean. Would stay here again. The Pattens were easy to work with, the keyless entry system is nice, no keys to keep up with.

The condo was immaculate and just perfect for us - six adults. It is very comfortable with three bathrooms and great kitchen. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for breakfast! Although it's a long way from Germany, we would certainly stay there - and Destin! again if we should be able to spend our holidays on that beautiful coast!! Absolutely loved your condo! Two out of the three couples had never been to Destin before and to say they were impressed with the condo and the Destin area was an understatement. This is my first time renting through a private owner and I have to say the Pattens were very easy to work with. We had plenty of room and the condo is immaculate. If we end up renting a three bedroom condo next year, we'll definitely be back!

This was by far the best condo we have ever stayed at, even better than advertised. We had 2 families (4 adults, 3 teenage boys) and there was ample room for all of us to hang out together or have our own "me time". The Pattens are so nice and have done an excellent job on decorating and ensuring their condo is immaculate. The beds are the most comfortable that I've ever slept on. The pools and beach were fantastic! Can't wait for our next vacation there! I've already passed along the info to other family and friends. Thank you Judd and Ikuko for opening up your second home to our family.

Wow! Your condo was just outstanding. The condo is beautifully decorated, the accomodations are top notch, and the location could not have been better. Our party consisted of 3 couples and the condo was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space, with enough room for all of us to hang out in the Living Room, Kitchen, or on the Balcony. We felt like we had our own private pool since there was one just for our building. The beach was perfect and we can't wait to come back next year! Also, the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Thanks so much.

We stayed in this condo in May. It is the nicest place we have stayed in. It had all the amenities and was immaculate. Beautifully decorated, wonderful kitchen and master bath. We enjoyed the pool, beach, playground area at the Silver Shells Resort. It is also within walking distance to a couple of restaurants (Back Porch & Gratzi). You cannot beat the price for this great place. Owners are very nice to work with. We would highly recommend this place.
