Off island activities include the Edison House museum, giant flea market, water park, dinner theaters, and minor league baseball (Minnesota Twins). Germain Arena schedules major attractions such as hockey games and concerts.

Originally from Canada, we decided to take some time off to travel and ended up in Key West for 8 years. When it was time to move on and purchase our new home in SW Florida we decided Fort Myers Beach was the perfect island getaway we were looking for. The Beach, as locals affectionately refer to it, is a laid back beach community just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Restaurants, shops, theater and beach activities are within a short walk, bike, trolley or car ride away. If you want to venture a little further, Naples, Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva are great day excursions!

We also provide you with beach chairs and cooler, bicycles, gas grill, etc. A 2 minute walk will take you to a direct beach access where you can enjoy amazing sunsets or just watch the dolphins swim by.
