Placed on the beach at the slightest angle on the famous Thomas Drive, it offers an absolute unique, unobstructed view of the coastline as far as your eyes can see without giving up the beautiful view of the beach. No leaning over the balcony to see the entire length of the beach, it is right in front of you! From the rear of this resort vacation condominium is a breathtaking view of the famous St. Andrews Natural Preserve Park, and the inspiring St. Andrews Bay. Watch the fishing fleet and ships come in, right from your walkway.
Breathtaking views of the emerald water, the pure white sandy beach, the dolphins and rays playfully swimming just yards off the beach and the unforgettable brilliant sunsets will begin to work their magic on you too.
One of four elevators will whisk you to the breathtaking 18th floor where peaceful tranquility awaits. With full glass windows and doors you will be compelled to stroll onto the balcony and feel as though you live here. Even the master bedroom has its own balcony entrance.
The extra large kitchen with Granite countertops and GE Profile appliances has all the gadgets just in case your gourmet talents need challenged by all of the fresh local seafood.
Relaxation and the Beaches is what Treasure Island is all about - from lounging by the large heated pool or expansive sun deck with two gazebos to watching the youngsters in the fenced kiddy pool. Treasure is just short walk along the beach to the famous St. Andrews Natural Park. Please, take time to enjoy the wildness of the park.

We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period.
Deposits - $500 deposit is required with the reservation. Deposit check is payable to Jim Vider 8017 N. Lagoon Dr. Panama City Beach, FL 32408. The renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal ware and tear. The security deposit less any damage will be returned within ten days of your departure date.
Cancellation and Return Policy - Cancellation Policy: Leaser will try to honor a cancellation request by the renter(s). Should the leaser be able to re-rent the time period reserved, then the renter(s) security deposit will be returned less an administrative fee of $100. If the time period reserved can not be re-rented than the renter will forfeit the entire security deposit.

Clean, looked like just recently painted. Fully equipped with pots, pan, utensils, lots of glasses and dishes. Nice balcony furniture. Plenty of towels, soap, paper towels, dishwasher soap and soap for one load of laundry. Living room TV has a ton of channels but no HD. The router provided a strong Wi-Fi signal making it easy to log on and connect. Had several visits to Treasure Island and this unit is one of the best. We were a day late for our reservation due to a health issue, and Jim was kind enough to offer to extend our stay by one day which was most considerate.

We have stayed several times in the past few years at the Treasure Island condos. This was our first time staying in this particular condo. It was beautifully decorated, very clean with quality furnishings. The condo is private being that its on the 21st floor. We loved the keypad access, no keys, which is a brilliant idea. The owner was very nice also. There are special touches through out this condo, too many to mention. We hope to return next year.

This condo is very clean, well decorated & very nicely equipped. The bed is very comfortable after a long day on the beach. The patio furniture is also in great condition. We hope this condo is available each time we plan on going to PCB.

Thanks for the wonderful accomodations. We had a very restful stay and enjoyed the Pirate cruise and the pontoon boats the most. We were very pleased with the condo, the location, pool and the beautiful beach. The building staff was very professional and everything was clean and attended to. We will definitely be back.
