Our home has a large front porch with two swings and a double rocker overlooking the lake. The back of our home has a deck with a covered porch with glass top table and six chairs. We do not allow smoking in our home, however: you may smoke on the porches and we ask that you use the sand ashtrays provided.
The living area is very large with two sofas, rocking chair, TV/VCR/DVD. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. We have a kitchen bar with four stools and a dining room table that seats eight people. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. Also on this end of the home there is a bedroom that has two twin beds and is equipped with separate air conditioning unit. These two bedrooms each have a half bath and share a tub/shower. On the other side of our home we have two bedrooms, each bedroom has a double bed and a half bath. These two bedrooms share a walk-in shower.
Our home is only steps away from our summer/winter indoor pool that has a separate kiddie pool. Also we have a playground, basketball court, beach volleyball, lighted tennis courts, horseshoes, bocce courts and five fishing lakes in our village. We have a private gated beach access and parking available to residents and their guests. The Conch Cafe is located adjacent to the private beach parking. Our home is a five minute walk to the beach or even shorter by golf cart. Owners live in the Village.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at your clean and beautiful home. The weather was nice and everything was so convenient. We also enjoyed the Sunday morning worship services and the pool, too. Thank you for helping us create memories of a wonderful stay at the beach. Much playing, eating, talking and laughter took place this week and we all are grateful to have had time to spend together.
