Ideally located on quiet Ocean Beach Boulevard, away from the heavy traffic! We're close to restaurants, shopping, the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon's Surf Shop,etc., but far enough away for peace and quiet if that's what you like. The big Orlando attractions are just a little more than an hour away. Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral are close by.
Our spacious and nicely decorated Condo is 1236 square feet, and features an open and airy floor plan and a lovely master suite. The second bedroom doubles as a family room/den depending on how you want to use it. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need if you decide to cook rather than dine in one of the many area restaurants.
Best of all, you are right on the beach as you go out the sliding door from the master bedroom or from the living room on the ocean side, and you are just a few short steps to the beautiful pool as you go out of the courtyard entrance from the condo! What could be better than this?
There is a covered ocean side patio, as well as an enclosed sitting room just off the pool at the courtyard entrance.

We love coming to our place at Cocoa Beach when we can, and hope someday to spend more time there. In the meantime, we enjoy making it available for rent to people who will treat our place is they would their own, and will be respectful of the property and of the other owners and guests.

The Space Coast is a fascinating place! The proximity to Kennedy Space Center and being able to watch launches from our beach is wonderful.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We think we our place has the best of all possible worlds. We're right on the beach (about 40 steps from our patio on the ocean side) and the pool and courtyard area are just outside our door...no need to go up and down elevators!
