This fully-equipped condominium has two bedrooms, two baths, and a washroom with washer and dryer. TVs with DVD, VCR, and cable. Table for eight people and a Broyhill Sofa Sleeper (brought from the US in the living room. We also feature beautiful teak furniture on the terrace including a table with seating for 4 and reclinable teak chairs. We have purified water attached to the kitchen faucet also.
Bay View Grand features Infinity pools, hot tubs, and a full service pool bar and restaurant. There is something for everyone; game-room, spa, and exercise room and golf at the near Palmar Real Golf Course, located across the street.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our condo with a terrace is larger than any other 2 bedroom condo. We also recently have remodled our kitchen with an unbelievable ocean view. On our terrace we have full lounge chairs, jacuzzi and a table for 4.
