Nearby are the world famous La Jolla Playhouse, Scripps Aquarium, UCSD, Torrey Pines Golf course, Del Mar Horse Racing Track, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Lego land, Balboa Park, "Petco Park" baseball field, San Diego Airport, Coronado Island and Mexico and a number of beaches to choose from. Also close-by is shopping and more restaurants in downtown La Jolla (less than a mile from the house).
