Bill (Carmel, IN) I was so pleased with this condo. The building is very safe with good security and the unit itself is quite large with large dining area and family room. The location was perfect in that it was close enough to the pier/Hyatt etc for my teenagers to easily walk there but was removed enough to be quiet. The owners were very easy to deal with and I hope to be back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I thought I would write a review since there wasn't one listed yet. Of course, it is such a gem, I almost want to keep it to myself! This was a great condo and the pictures don't compare to the actual place. It was very easy to get to the beach and the pier. We were a family of 4 with a two year old and an infant. The condo was stocked with beach toys and the crib, pack and play, and stroller were a great addition to the amenities. The balcony was amazing and we did see dolphins one of the mornings. We definitely would stay again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
