Golfers and Families are perfectly set up in this fantastic 1627 sq ft newly upgraded, Three bedroom, Two bath condo located on the 4th hole of the prestigious Stadium Course at PGA West, a gated community in La Quinta. The Stadium Course is consistently rated within the top 100 Golf Courses in the entire US, and was the original home of the Skins game. Play the Stadium and try your hand on "Alcatraz", one of the greatest par-3 holes in the world. PGA West also boasts of 6 different public access golf courses for your playing pleasure.
Aside from being located right on the 4th hole of the Stadium Course (open to the public), you'll also find numerous other public courses literally within a 5 minute drive, including the Norman Course and Nicklaus Tournament Course at PGA West, as well as the La Quinta Dunes and Mountain Courses, SilverRock and Trilogy, all open to the public. There are over 50 other public access courses located in the Palm Springs/La Quinta area as well.

East facing, this lovely home has a gas fireplace and wetbar in the living room with 36 inch TV including surround sound and DVD/VCR Combo, plus over 60 DVD's for your enjoyment. House also has DSL access and unlimited U.S. phone calls included at no charge. Additional TV's in all three bedrooms, plus a TV in the Breakfast Nook, and a new Video Game system and board games for the kids to use!
The Master Suite features a super comfortable Cal King Bed including brand new luxurious 1000-thread count sheets and new comforter. Also includes TV/VCR, completely seperate bathroom with oversized tub/shower, double sinks, private toilet and three oversized closets. There is also a separate exit from the Master Bedroom out to a private gated patio.
Bedroom #2 features a new Queen Bed with new 600-thread count sheets, new comforter, TV, DVD and CD player and a Fully Stocked Bookcase including some great new golf books. A printer and fax machine are located in this room if you bring your laptop along. There is also a set of Baby Monitors and a new Pack & Play crib for those with very small children.
Bedroom #3 (completely redecorated in May 2007) features two Twin Beds, brand new 600-thread count sheets and comforters, Flat Screen TV with a built-in DVD/VHS Combo unit, an oversized closet and separate access to the hall bathroom. You'll also find our Nintendo Gamecube Video Game system in this room with numerous games sure to entertain young and old alike for hours on end. Games include Super Smash Brothers Melee, Mario Kart, Lego Star Wars, Paper Mario, Tony Hawk, Tiger Woods Golf, NBA Live, Madden Football, MVP Baseball and many, many others!
This home has a contemporary desert feel in soothing neutral colors with numerous recent upgrades and furnishings. We spent two different weeks in May 2007 upgrading the home including new furnishings, new blinds, new sheets/comforters, new Ralph Lauren Bath towels and new pool towels, etc.
The home includes a Full Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Dining Table to seat 6 and Full Sized Washer and Dryer in separate Laundry Room. On the back patio, you'll find a Gas BBQ available for use, plus 6 patio chairs and tables for a front row seat to all the action on the par-three 4th hole of the Stadium Course.
There are three Gated Community Pools, each with separate Hot Tubs, all located within 10 houses in either direction, so its literally only a 60 second walk to cool off and relax!
We're golfers with young kids, and have been going down to the desert for over 10 years, so rent from the "Desert experts" who can point you in the right direction! Included in our rentals is our very own "Desert Guide" which lists helpful hints, tips, the courses to play (and some to avoid!).
