The above rates are for 2 to 4 people's occupancy. Add £ 150 per week for 5 to 6 people (CHILDREN ABOVE THE AGE OF 2 COUNT AS 1 FULL PERSON) The weekly price is all inclusive. Rental starts at 4 pm on Saturday and ends at 10 am the next Saturday. Add £50 for Sundays check in/out. Guests are requested to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness they found them on arrival or may pay £50.
Minimum 50% of the rental is payable in advance to secure the booking;; the other 50% of the rental fees is payable no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival or in UK£ cash on arrival. Then a security deposit (fully refundable if no damage has been caused) of £550 for all rentals of 1-4 weeks or £1050 for all rentals of 4 weeks or more is payable in cash on arrival

We are situated in Brondesbury Park, 10 min walk from Willesden Green station on the Jubilee Line, Zone 2 which takes you to Bond Street in 15 min and Dockland in 40 min and 15-20 min walk from Queen's Park on the Bakerloo Line. There are two main Parks within a short walking distance: Queen's Park and Roundwood Park, both with excellent amenities for families with young children. There is also an excellent Sports Centre with a large swimming pool, 10 min walk away and Hampstead Heath with all its outdoor attractions, which include Kenwood House, is a 10 min drive or tube journey away. You can also get the overland train to Kew Gardens (20 min) and Richmond (25 min) from Brondesbury Park Rail station (10 min walk). There is a Farmers Market down the road in Queen's Park every Sunday; the famous London Fringe theatre 'The Tricycle' is 15 minutes' walk away and 'Little Venice' with Regent's Park canal and Portobello Road are a 40-45 min walk.
