Quiet, relaxing adult gated complex. Top floor (third) corner unit with spectacular views of North Carolina's Intercoastal Waterway with distant ocean view from covered deck as well as from Living area, kitchen and master bedroom. Unit has recently been refurbished.

Marina on premises with loading ramp and bulkhead overnight tie-up. Marina has three to four foot depth approach, channel is well marked. Fish cleaning table with water. Excellent fishing area. 15 minutes from Bogue Inlet Sea bouy.

Unit is well furnished for your use, cooking spices, salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee,sugar and creamer. If you like half and half better bring it.

  • This condo was just beautiful! We could not have asked for anything more!!! The owner was such a wonderful gentleman and so easy to work with. We needed a place to stay on a very short notice to be able to see our son,who is a marine out of Camp Lejuene and was being deployed,and the owner was gracious enough to let us have the condo for 3 night's,the view's and the peacefulness was amazing!!! We were able to spend quality time with our son. Will most certain return for a stay again.

  • This was a great experience from start to finish. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to requests. The condo was tastefully furnished with everything we needed for our week. The view from the lanai was a highlight. We watched boats and dolphin on the ICW and distant views of the ocean. Location was a plus with easy access to Emerald Isle, Morehead City and Cape Lookout. During the week the complex was nearly deserted which suited us just fine. The complex pool was ideal for our two grandsons who were able to visit for a few days.
