Walk to the beach over a new private boardwalk over a salt marsh teeming with wildlife. There are ecological posters along the way describing what nature is displaying. If you do not want to walk, you can ride the complementary golf cart shuttle. This boardwalk leads to one of the grandest, uncrowded beaches on the East Coast.
The Resort is conviently located next door to the Palmetto Dunes Golf Course in the middle of the island. The entire complex has been renovated and is beautiful.
All of the resort amenities are availale for you to enjoy. If you don't play tennis (we have six courts), there is the heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, walking track, exercise room or catch a tan by one of the two outdoor pools. The three pools can keep the entire family busy and entertained.
This cozy and comfortable unit was recently renovated and is well maintained. It is larger than most two-bedroom villas in this resort. It contains a washer and dryer in the unit. You do not have to share a laundry at additional cost.
It is located close to the elevators and the boardwalk to the beach, so there are no long walks.
The master bedroom has its own private bath with a ceramic walk-in shower, it features a comfortable king-size bed. The master bedroom has a screened balcony for you to relax while overlooking a lagoon with a soothing fountain. The second bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with the hall bathroom just outside the door, it has a tub/shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. It is equipped with three TVs connected to satellite cable TV, a DVD and VCR player.
Wireless internet is available in the condo for a day, week or month for an additional charge.
Located away from noisy areas, you can have a quite and peaceful vacation.
Cleaning, linens and starter supplies are included.
A deli serving short orders is located adjacent to the larger outdoor pool. Complementary wireless internet is available around the outdoor pool and in the atrium of Building 3.
This is what Hilton Head Island is all about.
One of our greatest assets is Coco's at the beach. One of only two cabana's on the island that is located on the beach, it is located at the end of the boardwalk overlooking the beach, Coco's offers food and drinks in a Carribean atmosphere. Restrooms are also located at Coco's.
Bicycles can be rented at the resort for a very relaxing ride on Hilton Head's pristine beach. Bicycle trails leading all over the island are just outside the security gate.
A supermarket and shopping center with a grocery store, restraunts and clothing stores are within walking distance.

We chose to purchase a vcation rental here because of the location and potential. You can walk to the beach and enjoy what nature has to offer. Not only is it close to the beach, it is conveniently located in the middle of the island close to restraunts, shopping and entertainment.

My husband, 3 children & I really enjoyed our stay and would like to return. The condo was clean and neat and the kitchen was decently equipped. We were supplied with dish soap and 1 packet of dishwasher detergent, which was wonderful. The shuttle was convenient, but we often just walked. It was fun to see the marsh life as we crossed. The beach was beautiful, and we rode our bikes on it in the evenings. The indoor pool was convenient during the one time it rained. The gift shop was not ridiculously over-priced either. We tried to go fishing in the on-site lagoon, but there is an alligator or two that live there and we accidentally hooked one! We let him have our worm and our fishing line and he let us get away. Also beware of the ants that bite when you are in the grass. All in all, we enjoyed our stay quite a bit and find HH a great vacation place--can't wait to come back!

My family really enjoyed staying in this beautiful and comfortable unit during 7/31-8/7/10. It has everythign we need. The washer and dryer were extremly nice, saved us a lot of time and money. The beds were very comfortable. My sons absolutely loved the swimming pools(both indoor and outdoor) and of course the beach. Thanks for letting us stay in this unit. We will be back with other friends.

We had such a great time at the resort. The condo is very clean and we had plenty of room. I think this condo/building is the best location of all. We were still very close to the outdoor pool and boardwalk but far enough away from the noise. It was so quiet in this building. The condo is even better in person then the pictures show. I loved the convience of the washer/dryer in the room. It saved me time and money!!! The beach is great and food at coco's was great! We will be back!!!! Thanks for letting us have this great expierence.

This condo could not be any nicer! It was well decorated, had everything and was as clean as can be! We were able to feel at home immediately. The short walk or golf cart ride to the beach was very enjoyable and the pools were great! I would go back in a heart beat!
