Walk to the beach over a new private boardwalk over a salt marsh teeming with wildlife. There are ecological posters along the way describing what nature is displaying. If you do not want to walk, you can ride the complementary golf cart shuttle. This boardwalk leads to one of the grandest, uncrowded beaches on the East Coast.
The Resort is conviently located next door to the Palmetto Dunes Golf Course in the middle of the island. The entire complex has been renovated and is beautiful.
All of the resort amenities are availale for you to enjoy. If you don't play tennis (we have six courts), there is the heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, walking track, exercise room or catch a tan by one of the outdoor pools. And for the kids don't forget the kiddy pool.
This cozy and comfortable unit was recently renovated and is well maintained. It is larger than most two-bedroom villas in this resort. It contains a washer and dryer in the unit. You do not have to share a laundry at additional cost.
It is located close to the elevators and the boardwalk to the beach, so there are no long walks.
The master bedroom has its own private bath with tub/shower, it features a comfortable pillow-top king-size bed. The master bedroom has a screened balcony overlooking a lagoon with a soothing fountain. The second bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with the hall bathroom just outside the door, it also has a tub/shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. It is equipped with three TVs connected to satellite cable TV with seven HBO channels, a DVD and VCR player.
Located away from noisy areas, you can have a quite and peaceful vacation.
Cleaning, linens and starter supplies are included.
A deli serving short orders is located adjacent to the larger outdoor pool. You do not need to leave the resort.
Complementary wireless internet is offered in the atrium of Building 3.

One of our greatest assets is Coco's at the beach. One of two cabana's on the island that is located on the beach, it is located at the end of the boardwalk on the beach, Coco's offers food and drinks in a Carribean atmosphere. Bicycles can also be rented at Coco's for a very relaxing ride on Hilton Head's pristine beach. Restrooms are also located at the Coco's.
Bicycle trails leading all over the island are just outside the security gate.
A supermarket and shopping center are within walking distance.
Limited to six (6) adults overnight plus children.
