Living room - Hilton Head Island, South Carolina Vacation Rental Walk to the beach over a new private boardwalk or ride the golf cart shuttle, you will not believe this location and price for your Hilton Head Island vacation. It is located next door to the Palmetto Dunes Golf Course and at a phenomenal rate. The entire complex has been renovated and is beautiful!!! This cozy and comfortable unit was recently renovated and is well maintained. It is larger than most two-bedroom villas in this resort. It contains a washer and dryer in the unit. You do not have to share a laundry at additional cost. It is located close to the elevators so there are no long walks. The master bedroom has its own private bath with tub/shower, it features a comfortable pillow-top king-size bed. The master bedroom has a screened balcony overlooking a lagoon with a soothing fountain. The second bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with the hall bathroom just outside the door, it also has a tub/shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. It is equipped with three TVs connected to satellite cable TV with seven HBO channels, a DVD and VCR player. Located away from noisy areas, you can have a quite and peaceful vacation. The villa is located only steps from the largest of the two outdoor pools and the heated indoor pool, kiddy pool, sauna, hot tub, walking track, and exercise equipment. Cleaning, linens and starter supplies are included. The resort offers six lighted tennis courts free of charge. A convenience store with a deli serving short orders is located adjacent to the larger out door pool. You do not need to leave the resort. Wireless internet is offered in the atrium of Building 3. An easy 5 to 7 minute walk on our new ecological boardwalk over scenic salt-water marsh teeming with wildlife leads to our beautiful, uncrowded, and pristine beach. If you do not want to walk, ride our new shuttle to the beach. This is what Hilton Head Island is all about. Coco's at the beach offers food and drinks. Restrooms are located at the Coco's. Bicycle trails leading all over the island are just outside the security gate. A supermarket and shopping center are within walking distance. Credit cards are welcome through PayPal.

$100 deposit holds your reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposits are not refundable, but rescheduling is fine.
