Welcome ! We'd love to have you as our guests at our luxurious and comfortable condo in this brand new resort called Emerald Isle on the pristine beaches of the Emerald Coast with breath taking views of the gulf.
Exceptionally well appointed furnishings and comforts that will make you feel right at home away from home, and relaxed with soothing views of the gulf. All you need is your swim wear and the time to indulge and pamper your self.
We have thought of all the little things you may need, the beach chairs, the umbrellas and coolers, so you don't have to haul all of this. Remember - you are on vacation, you should not have to worry about these!
Oh! and just in case either of you just cant keep your minds away from taking care of business - that makes these little 'get aways' possible, we have wireless b/g hi-speed internet connectivity, ether net cable, unlimited long distance calling and a fax machine just to make sure you have your home office all set up.
You both can enjoy the tranquility and watch the spectacular and romantic sun sets from the comfort of the expansive 271 sq feet balcony cuddled in the luxurious furniture in the balcony while sipping your favorite wine and listening to Smooth Jazz or your favorite CD on the stereo system.
And then watch your favorite show or a movie from where ever you wish! We have color TVs with DVD and VCR players in all rooms.
When you're ready for supper, you can walk across the street to the cozy restaurant (Mike's Diner) or create a gourmet dinner in the classy kitchen that has cherry cabinets, granite countertops, breakfast bar, all the appliances and very thing you need to cook up a home made gourmet dinner for just the two of you or the entire family.
Did you know PCB is the Seafood Capital of the World. You must take the time to dine at Captian Andersons - Named among America's Top 50 restaurants, recipient of the "Best Seafood Restaurant" award from Southern Living and Wine Spectator's. About 20 minutes drive from Emerald Isle. Call them for a reservation.
But then again, you are the boss at the beach and you can do what ever you wish, the possibilities are endless. The resort has very thing from a heated indoor / outdoor gulf front pool to an out door pool, oversized hot tub, sauna, steam room, gas grill and fitness center that overlooks the gulf.

Cancellation: We understand that changes do occur and you may have to cancel your reservations due to events beyond your control. Here is how our refunds / cancellation will work:
30 days prior to check in: 100% return of your deposit.
29-20 days prior to check in: 50% return of your deposit.
20-1 day prior to check in: 0% return of your deposit(forfeiture of deposit).
No show on check in date: 0% return of your deposit(forfeiture of deposit).
Please remember that the closer you get to check in date – more difficult it gets for us to re-rent the place to another guest. If we find another renter for your canceled stay - we will refund your entire money - less a $80 processing fee! We don't believe in profiting from a bad situation for you!
Hurricane Policy: We will refund unused days in the event of a mandatory evacuation. Cleaning fees are not refundable.
No early check ins during peak season - due to cleaning service times.

We are four partners (Atul, Bunty, Raj and Ravi) primarly friends and neighbours that love the beach and used to jointly go to Panama City Beach quite frequently. We are all engineers by profession and live in Duluth GA.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Isle
We go to the beach so often and enjoy the tropical weather. On one of our trips we had a chance to see Emerald Isle when they had opened up for sale. We were all impressed by:
1. The BALCONY - it is the only building in PCB with such a huge balcony (300 sq. ft approx).
2. The quality of the construction.
3. Located on the Quiet Side (East Side) of Panam City Beach.
4. Proximity to Pier Park - just 1.6 miles west of our condo.
5. Just 5 minutes to Hombre Golf Course.
6. By far the best location in Panam City Beach - very quite and peacefull !
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We spend a lot of time on the balcony - if we are not on the beach itself. We all enjoy a nice wine on the balcony and like to watch the most stunning sun sets and full moons from the balcony.
We have hence invested a lot of money in good furniture indoors and on the balcony.
We have all that we need and can still attend to our jobs if we have to while we are at the beach.
