Charming downtown rancher, only a few blocks from everything! Our home has recently undergone a complete renovation for the 2006 season. Everything is brand new and reminiscent of the 1950's retro style.
Our home sits on charming, quiet tree lined street only two blocks from a vibrant downtown with restaurants, coffee houses, antique and gift shops, and the famous Coeur d'Alene Resort. The public beach, Sanders beach, city park, and tennis courts are all within walking distance and we are also only a few blocks from Tubbs Hill, a nature walk along the shores of lake Coeur d Alene. If golf is in your plans, there are several courses within a few miles, including the world renowned Coeur d Alene Golf course with the floating green!
Accommodations include three bedrooms; two have queen-size beds, the master has a king size bed, and all include luxurious linens. There are two baths, with tub/shower combination, a spacious living room open to a cozy dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook. Also included is a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use.
For indoor fun, there is cable TV and videos as well as various board games and cards. Outdoors you will find a charming garden area with table and chairs for relaxing and dining, as well as a barbecue for grilling.** COMING IN MID-JULY A GAME ROOM WITH FOOS BALL TABLE AND MORE!!**
Coeur d'Alene is a recreational paradise and we are conveniently located in the center of everything!
Silverwood theme park is only 20 miles north, and there are several water parks & miniature golf courses a few short miles away. Silver Mountain and Schwietzer ski resorts are only an hour from your doorstep. We have boat and jet ski rentals, as well as parasailing available in the downtown area.

Aug 13th- 20th. 2006 The house was great! Loved the reto dacor. The house stayed nice and cool with fans & trees. We enjoyed the lake as well as Hayden lake. It was our frist stay ever in Idaho and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Heading home to Portland Oregon with some great memories! thank You. The Willis Family

August 30-September 3rd. 2006 The house is fabulous! When our family first got here, we ran from room to room, basically in awe of the awesume decor! Great job! After we enjoyed the house, We got a chance to really enjoy the gorgeous city. We loved that it was such a short walk into town and also that the lake was far enough away from the town to have some peace and quiet! Thank you so much for these great memories and this super retro house!

August 2-9 2006. This house is amazing! My family loved it'being such an antique neighborhood. The retro style was perfect and very unique. We felt perectly at home(we had "Yahtzee Championships" as we called it, every night!!) Coeur d' alene is already a beautiful place, your vacation home made it 110% better!! Thanks!

Our 16 year old girls participated in an annual tourney here in Coeur d' alene. It was their first time here & staying in a home rather than a motel was a great call. We were able to walk down town and see the sights, we could come back & relax in between games, prepere lunch,etc. Thank you for shaing your place with us. We may be back again next year & will hopefully get to come back here again.
