Welcome to the First Town in the First State. What a fantastic beach house for our annual summer vacation to Lewes! Doug and Amy were great to work with and provided us with everything we needed. It was wonderful not to have to pack the sheets and towels (both beach and bath). They had everything there and they were nice quality too! As an added bonus, they also provided bikes & scooters, of all different sizes, boogie boards and beach chairs, which again, were great not to have to bring along. The condo is in a great location that is within walking distance of the local shops, tennis courts and community pool. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Roomy and can fit many people. Plenty of beach/water toys, bikes, beach chairs, etc. Cooked in one night on their very nice grill. Convenient location about 2 miles from beach in a very nice neighborhood within walking distance of some restaurants, shopping, 2 community pools and tennis courts. Neighborhood was very quiet and clean with a great walking/bike path. Townhouse was very clean and in excellent condition. Owners were very nice to deal with. Looking forward to our next stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Thank you so much for once again providing us with such a nice place to stay on our vacation. It is so well equipped and my grandson loved the gear bike. If you are looking for a nice clean home that is close to everything in Lewes, look no further! This home has plenty of room for the whole family. There was room for the kids to play and the adults to relax. The home is stocked with things for the beach and outdoor play: bikes, wagons etc. It is close to the pool and across the street from the home is a beautiful grassy area for the kids to run around. Cute little coffee shop and a couple restaurants in walking distance. Great place - we will definitely return!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This home was perfect in every way! There was plenty of room for 2 families to eat, play, sleep and relax! I loved that there was a family room on the first floor that the adults could use and a family room on the second floor that the kids used as a playroom and movie area! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and a large pantry that we could stow away some of the larger items that we brought with us like coolers, etc. I loved that the house was already stocked with bath towels, beach towels, all bed linens, additional blankets & pillows. There was no need pack these bulky items!! The garage was also well stocked with numerous bikes, scooter, helmets, beach chairs, and other beach and recreational items for us to use!! No need to pack these items either! The house itself was in excellent condition. The owners have taken time to add some wonderful detail with decorations and comforts of home. I also loved that the location was within walking distance to the community pool, great restaurants like the Green Turtle, and more. With 3 young boys along on vacation, they love to just run around, and the house was right across from the community's open green space. We were able to use that space to kick the ball around, play frisbee, or just chase each other. And when the adults got tired, we were able to sit on the front porch and watch the kids as they continued to play in the green space. This place is a bargain. I would highly recommend it and would not hesitate to return again!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

What a nice house! Very spacious, room for the whole family, close to the pool and tennis courts, convenient to the grocery store and anything else you could need. Our family had a wonderful time here- I would recommend it to anyone coming with a big group. The place was very clean, and the owners were really easy to work with, very prompt and attentive with any questions or problems. Would definitely come back again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

We had a great time. There was plenty of room to spread our families out and feel like we still had some privacy. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We cooked our Thanksgiving Dinner in the kitchen and there was plenty of room and space to work. More importnatly, there were plenty of pans to cook in which is not always the case when we travel. Thanks for the great place. We loved driving to the Marsh each morning and seeing the Snow Geese.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Amy and Doug- Thank you so much! We have come to Rehoboth Beach many times for baseball and have stayed at hotels and other condos...none compare to your Condo. The pictures do not do the condo justice! Very..very big!! The upstairs living room was a perfect hang out place for our sons - Also- anything you could possibly need is at this condo...just bring your luggage and your set. Love the area with the resturants and shops....and the boys loved riding the bikes around! We would definately stay here again and I will forward your info on to all my other baseball families for their trips Sports at the Beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Doug and Amy, we would like to thank you very much for your house the week we were there for baseball. We all had a great time with the bikes and beach chairs and barbecue grill. The house was very comfortable in size, rooms were a great size and most important it was clean. Everything couldn't have worked out better. Your hospitality was most appreciated and if we are ever in Delaware again we would love the opportunity to stay at your home again. There was nothing missing that we needed the week we were there. This is the second time in the past few summers that my family has vacationed at this townhouse. It is super spacious, great room for very energetic kids. I love the location to the pool, coffee shop and grocery store. It has always been very clean and comfortable. It truly is a home away from home when vacationing in Lewes. I would recommend this luxury town home to any family that wanted a no fuss rental during their stay in Delaware.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

About the owner: My wife converted me from a Jersey Shore guy to a Delaware Beach guy about 25 years ago. We have been coming down to the Lewes - Dewey - Rehoboth area ever since. We have three very active kids and get down from Chadds Ford, PA when ever we can, usually with a truck load of friends included, and love all the activities available. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Lewes:
After making countless trips back and forth we decided to find a place of our own. We looked around for quite a while at different communities and settled on Five Points in Lewes for a number of reasons. We feel lt has a great combination of location, covenience, amenities and charm.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We picked out our lot from a plot plan when the community was in the earliest stages. We have an end unit that looks out over open space, is a short walk to the Pool and Tennis Court complex, a short walk to the Town Center, and has a front porch perfect for watching the Thursday Night Movie on the Green, or a beautiful sunset.
