This home was perfect in every way! There was plenty of room for 2 families to eat, play, sleep and relax! I loved that there was a family room on the first floor that the adults could use and a family room on the second floor that the kids used as a playroom and movie area! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and a large pantry that we could stow away some of the larger items that we brought with us like coolers, etc. I loved that the house was already stocked with bath towels, beach towels, all bed linens, additional blankets & pillows. There was no need pack these bulky items!! The garage was also well stocked with numerous bikes, scooter, helmets, beach chairs, and other beach and recreational items for us to use!! No need to pack these items either! The house itself was in excellent condition. The owners have taken time to add some wonderful detail with decorations and comforts of home. I also loved that the location was within walking distance to the community pool, great restaurants like the Green Turtle, and more. With 3 young boys along on vacation, they love to just run around, and the house was right across from the community's open green space. We were able to use that space to kick the ball around, play frisbee, or just chase each other. And when the adults got tired, we were able to sit on the front porch and watch the kids as they continued to play in the green space. This place is a bargain. I would highly recommend it and would not hesitate to return again!

What a nice house! Very spacious, room for the whole family, close to the pool and tennis courts, convenient to the grocery store and anything else you could need. Our family had a wonderful time here- I would recommend it to anyone coming with a big group. The place was very clean, and the owners were really easy to work with, very prompt and attentive with any questions or problems. Would definitely come back again.

Thanksgiving Weekend

We had a great time. There was plenty of room to spread our families out and feel like we still had some privacy. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We cooked our Thanksgiving Dinner in the kitchen and there was plenty of room and space to work. More importnatly, there were plenty of pans to cook in which is not always the case when we travel. Thanks for the great place. We loved driving to the Marsh each morning and seeing the Snow Geese.

Amy and Doug- Thank you so much! We have come to Rehoboth Beach many times for baseball and have stayed at hotels and other condos...none compare to your Condo. The pictures do not do the condo justice! Very..very big!! The upstairs living room was a perfect hang out place for our sons - Also- anything you could possibly need is at this condo...just bring your luggage and your set. Love the area with the resturants and shops....and the boys loved riding the bikes around! We would definately stay here again and I will forward your info on to all my other baseball families for their trips Sports at the Beach.

Doug and Amy, we would like to thank you very much for your house the week we were there for baseball. We all had a great time with the bikes and beach chairs and barbecue grill. The house was very comfortable in size, rooms were a great size and most important it was clean. Everything couldn't have worked out better. Your hospitality was most appreciated and if we are ever in Delaware again we would love the opportunity to stay at your home again. There was nothing missing that we needed the week we were there. Beautiful Vacation Spot

This is the second time in the past few summers that my family has vacationed at this townhouse. It is super spacious, great room for very energetic kids. I love the location to the pool, coffee shop and grocery store. It has always been very clean and comfortable. It truly is a home away from home when vacationing in Lewes. I would recommend this luxury town home to any family that wanted a no fuss rental during their stay in Delaware.

My husband, 2 children, and my mother and father in law stayed in this home for a week and there was more than enough room for us all. It is convenient to many things including the pool (across the street), a great restaurant, supermarket, the bay and the beach. The owners provided everything we needed from towels to linens to anything we would need at the beach. The owners were great with correspondence and made sure we had what we needed. I would recommend this property to anyone.

My family and I enjoyed the town house and the surrounding 5 Points community. It was so nice to be so close to the pool and the kids really enjoyed cooling off. The three level living arrangement allowed everyone to have their own space and privacy. We really appreciated not having to pack beach towels, beach chairs, and bikes too. Our family enjoyed the close proximity to Lewes beach (a first for us) and the Rehobeth boardwalk was right down the road. We had a great time realaxing together and making fun family memories.

Doug and Amy- Your townhouse was a wonderful place to stay over Thanksgiving. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the townhouse was clean and conveniently located in the 5 Points Shopping area. It was great that there were toys and games for the kids (from 2 up to 10 yrs old) to play with. We will definitely rent from you guys again the next time we visit.

Doug & Amy - Thank you both so much for opening your beach home to us! We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay! The layout of the house was perfect for our two families and kiddos. The Lewes Beach was so clean, calm and easy to get to and really enjoyable for families with little ones. Our hubby's enjoyed the local golfing, the Dolphin Quest Kayak trip was AMAZING and the Cape May/Lewes Ferry was a highlight of my sons week! Bobby keeps asking when we can go back to our "Beach House"! Can't wait to make more memories next year! Our deposit is already in the mail! :) Shane, Joe and Bobby

Doug and Amy- We are so appreciative that you have opened up your home to us! This was our first trip to the Lewes area, and we just loved it! Your home was fantastic for our two families. It offered plenty of space, toys for the children, bikes, beach chairs, towels, and all the kitchen supplies we needed! The home was clean and well taken care of! We had just a short walk to the pool area, which was wonderful with a 2 year old and 3 year old! We also had the opportunity to enjoy a dolphin-seeing kayaking tour offered by Quest Fitness located in the Villages. Your house is also well-situated for quick walks to many of the restaurants or to the grocery store! Thanks for your hopsitality and fine accommodations! We will definately be back next year!

Amy and Doug, we absolutely loved staying in your house. We've been going to Lewes for years but it was really nice being able to walk everywhere in the town center, especially the pool. We had four 2- years and a seven-year-old and there was more than enough room for all of us and more. We also appreciate that it was fully stocked. It is the best. We have rented before and this is fantastic. The townhouse was the perfect place for our families to get together, enough room for everyone. I recommend it to anyone that wants a clean place at the beach. In July and August they have movies on the Commons which is right out your front door. The kids loved it. Also it is only 1/2 block to the swimming pool, how great is that.
