The farmhouse sits a few kilometres out of the village in a lovely quiet hillside location, with stunning views. It is split into four separate apartments, of which this is the top one. It is simply but well equipped and very comfortable. The owners were there to meet us when we arrived and were at all times really helpful and friendly. Nobody else was staying in the other apartments while we were there, so it was super quiet and we had sole use of the usually shared swimming pool. The location has easy access to Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Montecatini etc, so is great as a base for numerous day trips (assuming you have a car).
