This waterfront vacation home is in a uniquely serene natural environment with all of the location that makes Central Florida a great place to visit. Located in the heart of the Ocala National Forest, this Lake Kerr home allows you access to many natural wonders. This is a hunter's and fisherman's delight. A short drive takes you to Lake George and the St. John's River, as well as the many springs that are situated throughout the forest, including Salt Springs, Silver Glen, and Juniper Springs. This lakeside retreat is a relaxing environment for a couple or a family.
The fishing is great. Plenty of largemouth bass; or if you prefer, lots of pan fish. Bring your boat or fish straight off of the dock. There are many great fishing spots on the lake, off of the island, in Little Lake Kerr, or almost anywhere on Big Lake Kerr.
This modern four bedroom, two bath home is located on peaceful Lake Kerr in the Ocala National Forest. The home was built in 1998 and sits under sprawling oak trees that are native to this region. It comfortably sleeps ten people. The kitchen is fully equipped and is set up and ready for cooking. The outdoor cooking porch is perfect to serve up the fresh catch from the lake. The deck, which sits on the lakeside of the home, and dock are both great for starting or finishing your day as you witness the morning calm on the glass lake or the fiery sunset at day's end.
