This beautiful 1430-Square-foot,oceanfront condominium allows you to sit on your balcony and watch the dolphin play. The beautiful open kitchen is equipped by an owner who loves to cook. The kitchen has all new appliances including a washer and dryer. Every room is beautifully decorated. You can look at the ocean from the view in the kitchen.
The bedrooms have new mattresses and guarantee a great night's sleep. The new ceramic tile master bath shower has a security bar. The second bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination. The kitchen has a new refrigerator, stove and washer and dryer. Master bedroom has ocean view.
This private, gated condominium community is safe and the people are friendly. The beach has beautiful white sand and is perfect for building sand castles. We love our condominium and so will you!
There are great restaurants within walking distance. Destin has wonderful shopping including the new Destin Commons, Baytown Wharf, and the beautiful Harborwalk. You will also find the world's largest outlet mall, just 10 minutes away.

Our family of five from Texas enjoyed everything to the fullest!! Our son had just returned from Iraq after a year and this was our family's first time to be together in a year...what a relaxing time for all of us!! What you see in the online photos are what you get!! Spacious, clean, comfortable and very relaxing is how I would describe this home away from home. We had five adults in our vacation party and had plenty of room for all of us. The beautiful beaches could be seen from our balcony and the waves sang us to sleep everynight. We can't wait to return to Florida and we look forward to staying here again. The owner was such a pleasure to work with, too. I never had any problems reaching him via email or phone if I had a question. Loved, loved, loved our stay!!! : )

The pictures do not do this place justice, the unit and the view are both breath taking! My family stayed and week and did not want to leave. The unit was very spacious,well decorated and steps away from the sandy white beach. The condo is also near(less than a 5 minute drive) to the grocery store. After spending a day at the beach with the kids my husband and i ended every day sitting on the balacony taking in the view and listening to the waves. We are already planning a return trip WITHOUT the kids. The owner was very accomadating and easy to work with and made the rental process seamless. This is the only place I want to stay on all future visits.

We stayed in this unit in late March. It was fantastic. You can watch the dolphins play in the surf from the balcony. The beach is excellent and not crowded. The condo is clean and plenty big for our family of 5. Very safe and a great experience for our family.
