This fabulous four-year-old Townhouse is in the heart of the happenings of Las Vegas, minutes from the Strip, the airport and countless other activities. The location is approximately 10 minutes from the airport 15 minutes from the strip and 10 minutes from Green Valley Ranch Resort.
The townhome is over 1500 square feet and is tastefully decorated in a functional manner to live and work comfortably. Our Las Vegas home is fully stocked for you all your needs. The family room has comfortable seating and large TV above the fireplace. There is a TV in the Kitchen and Expanded basic Cable throughout the home.
The home is perfect for entertaining and relaxing, or working from home. We have installed High-speed DSL and a working area to be able to accomplish any required work tasks. There is also a Playstation II with a choice of games to be enjoyed.
The Townhouse has two master suites with large bathrooms and closets, as well as a half-bath. Each bedroom has a queen bed. We also offer an additional aerobed to accommodate additional guests.
We provide bath towels, there is a washer and dryer in the home for long term stays. We also provide you with a starter of toiletries, paper towels, dishwasher and dish soap. You will love and enjoy this home as much as we do.

Just got home yesterday but wanted to thank you for making the place so comfortable. The tournament didn’t go well for me but my kids loved their time in las vegas. They spent all the time in the pool. I am not sure my plans for next year but will be in touch. It was very conventient to the strip but far enough so you didn’t feel overwhelmed by the gambling every day. Ben
