Very spacious and clean holiday villa. Well maintained, situated in a very quiet neighbourhood away from the buzzing city of Acapulco in a quiet resort inside the Princess Golf course. Friendly full time service (for a little extra) but well worth the extra investment. Ideal place for safe and relaxing family holidays.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

Several colleagues and I (7 total) stayed in this unit in February 2010 while attending a conference at the nearby Fairmont Princess Hotel. In short, we loved it. The owner was very responsive at all stages of the process, communicating in English readily with me via e-mail, which was important given my lack of Spanish knowledge. The place was clean and very well maintained, and indeed Leticia's daily cleaning service was more thorough than most hotels at which I've stayed. The pool was small, but none of us were interested in lap-swimming anyway, and it provided a nice relief. The "extra" beds (sofa bed, pull-out bed) were just as nice as the regular beds--on the firm side, but comfortable. We also appreciated the wireless internet connection, which allowed us to keep up business contacts, look up local events/restaurants/activities, and make cheap long-distance calls using Skype and Trufone (an iphone/ipad app). We also enjoyed the full kitchen and BBQ, which saved us considerable money on dining. The only drawbacks for us were (a) a short walk to the conference...which really was not bad, (b) the fact that only one key is provided, which could have posed a challenge if not for one member of our party who tended to hang out at the villa anyway, and (c) our lack of proficiency in Spanish, which complicated interactions with the guards and Leticia. All in all, for the price, this place beats the nearby hotels hands-down.
Owner response:I am thankful for this comment, which only encourages me to do things better. It is always nice to receive people at home and find out that they were happy. By the way there is already one more key at the villa in case it is needed.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
