I rented this house for several weeks for house senior members of my movie production crew. The owner was easy to deal with, the house is just as the pictures show, there were no problems whatsoever with any furniture, appliances, or anything else. I would easily recommend this as a safe, reasonable home rental in Raleigh.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The house was very nice and clean. It worked well as a gathering place for my daughter's graduation- with the family coming from all over the US.The only problem was the neighbors being picky about too many cars parked on the street.The owner warned that they can and will call the police. We did have some people park down the street to avoid any problems.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.
