Less than a half mile to State Park and Marina Park three to five blocks to grocery shop and restaurants one and a half miles to the Pier with bike path. 2 miles to Olivas Park Golf Course. 15 miles to artsy Ojai with spas, golf, fine shopping, and hiking. And 30 miles to Santa Barbara.

There's the beach just 14 houses down the lane, and surfing along all the jettie. There's the little village area with coffee shop and restaurants just three short blocks away, bike paths to the pier and the park, and grocery shopping 5 blocks away. This is a great location even without a car!
